Extremely, extremely disappointed.
I moved to the area within the past year. I needed to find a good tailor because I’m short and all my pants are too long.
Over the course of the past eight months, I have probably brought in at least nine pairs of pants to be hemmed. The first time I wore one of the pairs, the stitching came out and the hem fell back down.
That, in and of itself, isn’t what has left me so disappointed. When I brought the pants back in and explained what happened to the hem, not only did he not offer an apology for the poor workm he charged me an additional five dollars to fix it.
Now, I am not one that expects something for nothing. He is a very nice, very sweet older gentleman. Up until this point, I had been happy with the work he was doing. However, when a mistake is made, I do expect it to be fixed, and certainly not fixed at my expense.

Murat is absolutely wonderful, does great work, and truly cares about his clients. He completed alterations on a bridesmaids dress for me within just three days, completely saving me in the 11^th hour. The dress fit me perfectly, and I can’t thank him enough for saving the day on such short notice. Don’t go anywhere else for tailoring in Rochester but here, he won’t let you down.

I needed a rush job on a full suit which included 8 alterations in all. He completed it in on time the following day.
Morat here is also experienced in working with leather.
I’ll return here again.
