Specialties
Whether you are traveling for business, pleasure, or with your family when visiting the area, your stay at The Clematis Inn, a beautiful National Folk House, circa 1900, is ready to provide wonderfully comfortable, quiet, and restful accommodations.
History
Established in 2000.
The Inn is the former home of James I. George, co-owner of the George Brothers Nursery, which once shared this site in the historic area known as Lovett’s Corner. As testament to this heritage, the Inn’s gardens erupt with color from clematis vines (the nursery’s specialty) giving the Inn its name.
