This was really amazing actually! The pizza crust is handmade and super light and crispy. I tried the Al Pastor pizza(pork, green sauce & cheese). It was spicy and really different. We also tried a regular pizza with pepperoni and hamburger and a Philly cheesesteak with fries. This was an excellent lunch! I fear they won’t get enough people to go there so you should try it immediately. I don’t praise pizza easily and I don’t give away 5 stars easily. Nice people running it. Go eat at GMO’s in Fairmont City immediately!

kinda quaint that anyone would even have the courage to open a place like this anymore. only about ten tables in the whole place. they have hand made pizza, sandwiches and a bakery on site. the pizza is wonderful, the sandwich menu is impressively large, so much so they just wrote em on the wall. very much effusive of small town charm that somehow feels like a throw back to a kinder gentler era. the little town it is in seems to provide all the workers so everyone was talking to each other. it was like I was transported back to the 70’s. if you call ahead they will have the food ready for you to sit and eat. this is a great time saver for those of us on a corporate work schedule. only 4 or 5 minutes from the arch in the the Camelot of the east side, alittle place seemingly forever a genereation or two behind in only the very best possible sense. The Fairmont side of Collinsville Road a/k/a Hiway 40 a/k/a the original HWY66(btw, happily no 66 kitsch around here but some very nice old signage). is becoming quite the restaurant row. Close to Cahokia mounds. many Hispanic looking people but they all speak English so fear not.
