Mealey’s Furniture Oxford Valley

I liked this place & the customer service was good. They had one sofa & chair that might have worked for me but it was pricier than others I’ve seem. Decided to stay local instead.

Have looked several times at what Mealey’s offered and have yet to buy. Why do you ask? In my opinion they are too high priced for what they are. Granted it is decent stuff but too high priced. When i voiced that concern to the sales staff they said checkout their warehouse location by the landfill in falls twp. So i head over there only to find out they are only open one (1) day a month. Then why was i directed to go there that day? What a huge waste of time & if i am treated like this before i buy something what could i look forward to if i did. Tactics like that does not win people over & like me, will make me think 3 times before returning. Thanks for the education Mealey’s.

We had a good experience there. Went in to just buy a small bed for our 2 y/​o. Ended up buying 5 other pieces of furniture because the sales associate was kind and let us explore. Very helpful experience and gave our 2 y/​o snacks that really helped us out. I was very impressed with the quality of furniture in this price range. We have purchased much more expensive items and was not as happy with the end result based on what we paid. I was happy for the amount of stuff we got and the price.

Purchased a Serta mattress from them for $ 2500 a little over a year ago and it is the biggest piece of junk I ever purchased can’t sleep on it haven’t been able to sleep on it for six months and they will do nothing for me I will never purchase another item from them and I will tell everyone how terrible their service is for the rest of my life.

We were in yesterday for our 3^rd experience shopping here. We were helped by Rebecca who is friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. She answered all our questions and helped us with the financing, which by the way was fabulous. They were having a labor day sale offering 52 months interest free financing. It doesn’t get better than that. We are looking forward to our furniture arriving tomorrow. Thanks Rebecca!

I can’t say enough good things about my home furniture shopping experience at Mealey’s. I worked with Liz (just look for the shortest sales person), and she was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and personable throughout the entire 3 hour process.
The selection is excellent, but definitely wear comfortable shoes, because this place is pretty big. Prepare to speed walk to keep up with Liz (she’s short but quickly covers alot of ground!), but she knows the collection and where everything is on the floor.
I walked in with no specific living room layout in mind, and Liz helped explain my layout options (single cushion chaise, twin cushion chaise, couch table, oh my!). She got a very good feel for my taste in furnishings, and I didn’t find her at all pushy.
Pricewise, I ended up getting everything I had in mind (couch, coffee table and chair) and went back for more when I came to find out that I was still several hundred dollars under my budget. We ended up adding another chair to the living room and a few pieces to my bedroom. Additionally, they have a flat delivery charge (i think it was $ 65 but maybe $ 85 — definitely less than $ 100) no matter how many pieces you end up buying.
Although I didn’t go in there with any children, Mealey’s is obviously setup to «distract» the kids (video games, a children’s play area, free snacks) while mommy & daddy shop.
All in all, Mealey’s (and Liz in particular) will be seeing me again in a few months when it is time to start furnishing my 2^nd bedroom!

just got a nice TV stand for our TV and they delivered it the same day very nice people and very good delivery guys we also purchased our bedroom from them 5 years ago and they were good back then also.
