Generations Tae Kwon Do specializes in the traditional teachings of Tae Kwon Do and practical self-​defense in a safe and fun family environment.

History

Established in 2013.

Prior to establishing Generations Tae Kwon Do, the Generations Tae Kwon Do Training and Coaching staff have played a significant role in the development of hundreds of athletes — fifty-​nine (59) of which have gone to compete at a National level. Specifically, since 2010, the Generations Tae Kwon Do Training and Coaching staff have assisted athletes in earning a total of 107 national medals — 28 Gold, 32 Silver, and 47 Bronze. Moreover, the Generations Tae Kwon Do Training and Coaching staff have, themselves, earned sixteen (16) national medals including four (4) national titles.

Business Owner

Michael J. Gallagher, is a third degree Kukkiwon certified black belt; a USA Taekwondo certified referee in both sparring and poomsae; is a USA Taekwondo certified coach; and has completed the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) SafeSport Training/​Certification and the United States Anti-​Doping Agency (USADA) 2014 Coach’s Advantage Training/​Certification. Michael has refereed at the PA State Championships in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013; the PA Keystone Games (State Games of America) in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013; the North East Technical Championships in 2013 (Colchester, CT); and the NJ State Championships in 2014. Michael Gallagher himself is a two time national medalist and national champion and has additionally coached athletes at the USA Taekwondo National Championships in 2010 (Orlando, FLA); 2011 (San Jose, CA); 2012 (Dallas, TX); 2013 (Chicago, IL), and 2014 (San Jose, CA).
