Personally, I agree with H. F on the lack of customer service, I have visited this location a number of times and not once has anyone ever asked if I needed help or greeted me while checking out.
However, compared to the Michaels location in Aurora (which totally blows) & the Chapel Hill store (poor customer service), this one is always fully stocked and offers more of a variety when it comes to supplies.

If i could give them no stars i would. i went in because i had some framing to to. every other craft store in the area lets you take the samples of the frames off the wall. NOT HERE when you go to get a sample to look at they pretty much yell at you. they would not give me a price unless i was for sure going to purchase. I left and will never go back this place should learn something about customer services.
