If zero stars were an option that is what I would have chosen. Went to a bridal party appointment Saturday Oct 10. The bride had a contract and multiple written forms of communication that the shop would open early for the make up artist to get the bridal party going on makeup at 7:30 A.M. 7:35 comes and goes. Then 7:40 then 7:45 and so on with no one in sight. The bride finally gets a hold of the makeup artist who was to be there at 7:30 and says «I’m on my way» before abruptly hanging up with no explain or details. I don’t think an «I’m sorry» was ever even offered. Finally she gets there at 8:15 AM and starts calling in people to get to the shop ASAP to start our hair. Supposedly the guy who booked his is «no longer with the company» but I don’t understand how it’s not in their scheduling book. Someone dropped the ball big time. Thanks goodness the bride is the most low key easy going person ever or shit would have hit the fan. You can tell everyone was running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Horrible communication and completely unprofessional. None of my business but I hope they comped her or offered some sort of gift cards for next time. I mean the bride paid in advance tip and all. So its not like this was a big surprise the check was cashed but the experience was absolutely awful and I never complain about anything. Literally it was that bad. I felt like I was living in Narnia! What’s wrong with people?!

Kim did my hair for my wedding last Saturday and did a fabulous job. The assistant Brandon was incredible helping me schedule 9 bridesmaids, 3 mothers, and grandmothers. The day went smoothly, and they also allowed me to bring in my own makeup artist which really helped with scheduling. I’m from out of state and having Kim and Brandon on my «team» meant there was one less thing to worry about. Thanks everybody!

I come from out of town, and have for years, to see Amy, she is the BEST! Color is always spot on, cuts and styling great. So many talented people in one place for a smaller town. Prices are good too!

Went here for a bridal party hair appt. the guy who did my hair was rude «you do your hair wrong», took 5 mins to do my hair and would not listen. I had to leave and go do my own hair for the wedding. I told him I didn’t like it and he said «trust me it looks good». As soon as my bf saw my hair, he busted out laughing. The next girl to get him asked for braids in her up-​do, he did not listen. She ended up looking Amish. However, he used so much hair spray that we couldn’t fix her hair in time for the wedding. The hair dresser was rude and I would NEVER go back there.
