At ZenRide Spinning® Studio, we promote the holistic balance between mind, body and spirit! Through achieving your fitness goals, a healthy and more positive you will emerge.

Whether you’re young or old, already fit or trying to get into shape, ZenRide is a place where everyone can have fun Spinning, and anybody can achieve their health and fitness goals. Our workouts utilize highly skilled and passionate instructors, brand new bikes and the option to use their computers to track your mileage, RPM’s and Heart Rate, a killer sound system and a warm, inviting space.

ZenRide seeks to provide you the highest quality Spinning® experience through a variety of daily classes. We offer targeted classes that include our 50 minute TotalBodyZen course, our 45 minute Zenergy ride, or our hour long ExtraZenergy class to boost your workout. Whatever you choose, you will leave feeling great, refreshed, and aware of your body’s needs.

Most importantly, we believe in building our community around passion, positive energy and the holistic balance between mind, body and spirit.

Business Owner

Owner, Jessica, has been a spin instructor for over 10 years.

After discovering she wanted a high energy & meditative studio that was dark and allowed everyone can go at their own pace with no judgement, she created ZenRide where you can have this individual, yet collective experience with the class.

Today, Jessica hopes you have a positive experience with ZenRide and continue your further practice.
