I’ve dropped my beloved Samsung GS4 so many times over the last 2 years, but today was the day the screen decided to shatter. Initially I made plans to go to AT&T and buy one of their cheaper phones but ended up deciding to just get the screen fixed since the phone itself was not malfunctioning. It cost around $ 107 and took a hour. When I got it back, it looked almost new again. They did a great job. Thank you!

After writing my initial review, the manager of this store personally reached out to fix this problem. He offered for me to come in the very same day (despite it being Christmas Eve and them being very busy.)
He immediately identified and fixed the problem. He was very genuine– a kind and professional man. Although I was initially very frustrated by this store, it’s clear that it’s not lacking in leadership. John could not have resolved the problem with any more grace and reliability.

Went here and got my iPhone 6 back replaced with the chrome gold limited edition case! I love it. They manager did a great job. He knew what he was doing. It did take a little more then what they told me the expected time would be. But that’s only because they were back up today. But it was def worth the
iPhone looks so cool now! And I’ve already got a lot of compliments and people wanting to take pictures of it lol. Thanks John!

4 stars bec it was a bit pricey to fix a cracked GS4 screen cost almost $ 200…but still would recommend

This place was pretty good for what I needed. I severely cracked my Samsung Galaxy Mega screen to where it was not responding to touch and I couldn’t answer calls. So I needed to decide to use my insurance but they quoted me at 140 for a S4 which was smaller than my current phone. I wanted a similar samsung replacement, upgrade or my phone repaired.
When I bought the phone for repair, It took about 2 ½ hours to fix and the screen was back on good as new. They also have a warranty where if the screen malfunctions they will reexamine the phone and refund me. I also found a case that fits my phone perfectly. Any other issues with any phones I will be back I know where to go for phone repair.

This place sucks ! I took my hubby’s phone here to get the screen fixed it was so expensive they charged $ 100 when you can just buy a new phone for a &100 this place is a joke. The lady didn’t give me a receipt and the screen kept popping up the next day. And it wouldn’t work the following day. I do not recommend this place

This place had very poor service!
I went in with nobody ahead of me and it took 3.5 hours to get an LCD screen replaced.
Also, I lost my receipt and the company has no corporate database. Usually if you lost an original receipt you can contact a company’s corporate office to get a duplicate of a receipt, but in this case this is the only location and they do not have such a thing.

First off, I NEVER write reviews… I absolutely HAVE TO for these guys though!
I walked in with a SHATTERED iPhone 5S screen, so bad that shards of glass had fallen out and were still falling out. My phone was still totally fine and everything was working great. I asked Raphael if he could replace my screen and how long, I didn’t really care about the cost. He said 30 – 45 mins and he could do it for $ 99! WHAT!!! I’d been told by my carrier that to replace it with insurance would cost nearly $ 200… Apple would charge anywhere from $ 150 and up… $ 99 and 30 – 45 mins and I’d have a new screen that was free of cracks and intact… I JUMPED at that deal!
I went in about 45 mins later anticipating bad news… When the lovely gal behind the counter brought my phone to me I must have sounded looney! It looked BRAND NEW! She smiled and took the compliments, praise, and gratitude I threw at her and told me I have a 30 day warranty on the glass and work. Fine by me! My phone is FIXED! Thank you SO MUCH Wireless Express! You are AWESOME!!!

They gave me a new screen alright, but after a day it started popping up and the home button wouldn’t work unless I pressed way too hard. I took it back in since they have a 30 day warranty on repairs, it was done in about an hour so not too bad but again after a few days it was literally worse than when I took it in! I was watching netflix and the entire screen could be peeled off!
This will be the third time I’m taking it in, granted I’m not being charged because of the warranty they offer but these jokers aren’t reimbursing me for my time and gas. I paid over $ 100 for these guys to fix my screen, so why they are super gluing the screen I have no idea. When I lived in southern California these places charged 50 $ more so this place is a fair price but I don’t understand why they are not doing the job right the first time, its like they think I’m not gonna come back or something
I am going to ask for an extended warranty because I have a feeling they won’t be resolving my issue. Again this will be my third time which will be about 5 hours of my life these clowns have wasted.

I dropped my phone in the parking lot of my sisters College graduation and shattered my iPhone 5c screen. They replaced it in 30 mins.

Cracked my iPhone 5S screen at work. Walked in and the lady that greeted me gave me a price quote and said it would take about 30 mins to replace my screen. I admit, I could have shopped around bc it was a bit on the price side but I was impatient and the person helping was super nice. They also said I have a 30 day warranty just in case my phone isn’t working correctly. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to replace their cracked screen or if they’re looking for a new case because they have so many to choose from.

Wow is this place a joke!!! Is there a negative star capability in Unilocal?!Brought in my iPod for repair, and specifically requested that if the” 11 am repair person” chat fix it, then don’t fix it. When I called at 1:30 it wasn’t ready. It wasn’t ready at 2:30 when I went to the store, but they had already started the repair, so I was held hostage at the mall. It wasn’t ready at 3:20, when I went back again! It was ready at 3:35, and they even offered me a free case… for ruining my afternoon.
My advice? Try the kiosk next to the merry-​go-​round, they claim to have it done in 20 minutes, not the 4.5 hours mine took…

Fast service & they fixed broken iPhone quick within 30 minute time frame. Not so fond of the price tho cuz I thought $ 120 was kinda unreasonable for a screen… anyways it was ok I’m neutral about this place, the only good thing out of this was a free screen protector for checking in so yay!

I needed my Samsung Galaxy s4 screen fixed it was cracked pretty bad. They did a great job. My only complaint is that they said it would take one hour and it ended up being 3 hours! It cost me $ 119 for it to get fixed. I do believe that it quite overpriced. JMO,

They are great! I completely cracked my front screen for my iPhone 4S & couldn’t see anything on the screen, also my back screen was cracked. Lowest price anywhere around that I found. 84 bucks to replace back & front screen & you get to choose a custom look for both front and back. Great customer service.

Walked in this place to fix my broken S3 screen. They fixed it nicely and I’m happy about my screen now. Great service and excellent work.

I went here to have my wife’s iphone 5 repaired. Condition of phone, shattered screen, Framing bent /​twisted. And 20 min later this phone was shiny and new again. Excellent service and performance. They Also they have a great selection of cases and alternate iPhone backings.

Had great service here. Walked in, gave them my iPhone4 with a cracked screen, walked around the mall for 45 minutes, returned and it was all pretty and brand new looking! Price was what I expected. I wasn’t sure they’d be able to fix it since my boyfriend stripped a screw inside, but they had no problem! Would go back. :)

I had an outstanding experience at Wireless Express. I brought in my iPhone as the screen was cracked and they fixed it quickly, well and for a reasonable price. The second time I came in to unlock the same phone and get my headphone port fixed; again, same quality of service and outstanding results. I will definitely be referring my friends to this place.
