The Waynik Group

I completely agree with the other posts about the Waynik Group. I went to the Trumbull office and met with an APRN, Teegan Oliveri. She was literally the worst medical professional I have ever met. She did not have an ounce of compassion and I literally felt like I was talking to a robot. She sat at her computer, barely looked at me, and asked me rapid fire questions about my history. It felt more like a police interrogation than a visit with a mental health professional. I felt worse when I left. If these people think they are helping others they are sadly mistaken.

Horrendous. The absolute worst experience at this group. They do not care about patients and their mental health at all. It’s a money making business and all about dispensing drugs, drugs and more drugs. It’s a revolving door of patients and like cattle call. If I could could give them less than one star I would. Find another group and steer clear of this place. Even the office nurses could care less about patients. The WORST.

I was insulted and the man I saw was less than compassionate. I’m hurt and will never step foot in that office again EVER.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Daughter used to be a patient, but since she now has Husky as a secondary insurance — the doctors decided they will not treat her. My daughter has Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield as her primary. It is amazing that they are still open. Picking and choosing which patients they will take. I spoke with the billing department and they said even though she has regular insurance as a primary, they do not want any patient that is on Husky. I told them she would pay the copay. Did not want to even hear it. I guess our money is not good in their office. I would suggest that everyone find a more caring and compassionate group to help you. I am going to make it my business to tell everyone I know about how they stigmatize people that may have been down on their luck at one time and had to depend on some state assistance. Shame on you Waynik Group!!!

Don’t even bother making an appointment it means absolutely nothing. Been waiting close to an hour past my appointment time. How is it that the first one here is the last to leave…
