I HIGHLY recommend Tap’s lock and Key. Tap is a very kind and professional businessman. He changed 8 locks for us in the home we just purchased and completed the job quickly and for a very competitive price. He is wonderful to work with. Truly, just a really nice guy. He also looked at and fixed another door knob that was slipping off… and it didn’t even have a lock in it! Great customer service! They don’t make them like Tap anymore! I chose Tap’s Lock and Key because of the solid 5 star reviews and he proved to be worth every star! I am happy to add one more 5 star review to his growing number of them!

I had to fire an employee this morning and was concerned about the safety of my office. I called Tap and told him this needed be done TODAY! He set an appointment about 2 hours out, quoted me the fee which I felt was very affordable, showed up on time and was personable, polite, and professional. Highly recommend Tap and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!

Great customer service, very professional! Tap scheduled our home locks to be changed around my schedule, not what was necessarily convenient for him. He was personable both on the phone & in person. He was quick & paid attention to details. And was careful not to let the doors slam against the frame while the deadbolt sticking out. He had me test the new keys and we found I could lock but not unlock the deadbolt. He was quick to fix it and now they all work great! Thank you Tap! I will recommend you to anyone that needs a great locksmith!

Taps sets the bar for a Locksmith. He arrived right on time and was very personable and professional, (on probably one of the hottest days of the year!) We own one rental property and all but one, yes one, key was lost by the tenant. We had to have all of the locks re-​keyed and Taps was extremely responsive. He was patient to explain how it all works and also had a nice sense of humor. Keep it easy, keep it fast and economical, I say Taps is the Tops!!!

Today I tried to go shopping and ended up locking my keys in my trunk. I had called several places to get a locksmith and found many to not be open or be really rude with me. One guy even tried to cut me off on the phone. I finally reached this locksmith and he was really nice with me on the phone and tried his best to save me some money. He gave me a few scenerios he could do and then gave me a quote. He showed up around the time he said he would and didn’t over charge me. He wrote the quote out and showed me when he was done. He got my car open and was very helpful. I would recommend his service.

Wow, couldn’t believe I locked myself out of my house this morning when I left to go on a walk. Luckily I had set the alarm. When I realized what I had done I contacted Tap’s Lock and Key and asked if they could come out and get me in. They were very affordable, better than the last time I locked myself out. .yes, I did it before, you would think I would learn.
In any case the young man who came out was very professional, courtesy, and got me in very quickly. I was amazed then we talked for a while and found him to be very personable as well as efficient.
I was so pleased that I was able to call someone before 8 am on a Saturday, actually get a real person to answer then have them be such a delight on the job, showed up in twenety minutes as stated and got the business taken care of. I can’t recommend this company more, they are terrific. Found out I was dealing with the owner.

Our front door lock conveniently broke on a Sunday afternoon. Tap was out to take a look an hour after I called, explaining over the phone that he would repair it if possible, or replace it if not. He repaired it for a reasonable rate, and it works better than it ever has. Tap is a friendly, personable locksmith with the expertise to to do the job correctly and well for a fair price.
