Business Owner
A bbq hobbyist and restaurant newbe, we purchased a wood fired smoker that was way too expensive. With the intention of becoming a part time caterer, we found a restaurant that was closing due to the owner’s health and suddenly we own a restaurant. The sauces were designed by our youngest daughter, the sides are mostly family favorites, and years of perfecting our smoked bbq meats bring us to where we are today.
