I am new to the area and was sent here for an MRI. The two stars are for the prompt and pleasant initial intake and appointment I experienced on the phone-​very nice and efficient gentleman. It was pretty much downhill from there. The women at the front desk who checked me in called my insurance provider while I was there and put it on speaker while she did so. She also asked for me to input my social security number when the automated prompts ask for the insurance ID… which was then automated repeated out loud via speaker. I’m sure this is a hippa violation. Then an awkward and uncomfortable and extremely rushed experience in the MRI machine which is never fun. I’ve had them before elsewhere and i can’t tell you how helpful it is to have verbal prompts telling you how much longer you have and what to expect as you are going along. This lady was just turning me out like a fast food order. I just hope I don’t have to return there anytime soon. Oh, the parking is horrible! Get there early if you are going here.
