Performance Honda

I recently bought a car with Performance Honda– My first car. I was very lucky to be helped by Tammy Nortman and Eddie Ciulla. They really felt like advocates on my behalf in getting me in the right car at the right price.
I will keep the five star rating because they gave me a five star experience, but their Sales Manager Rasu Salaam left me wanting. My mother and father came with me because they needed to sign my car over and I wanted their support and help and he didn’t even talk to me, just to my father– on top of that he was underwhelming compared to the great service I received from Tammy and Eddie! He rushed through almost everything in my first car buying experience and even
the Product Specialist was surprised he had not gone over rudimentary details with me. I hope if you go into Performance Honda, you do it on a day he isn’t there because everything else was AMAZING.

As of tonight I would never uses Honda dealership again. Tonight I went in and had the most the outmost disrespectful and rude behavior towards me I’ve ever experienced in my life. This dealership does not take their job seriously and feel like they can talk to anybody any which way. Not not only did they blatantly disregard the situation that happened but they try to make it into a funny situation. I am highly disappointed with their service.

Great service! The whole process of buying a new car went very smoothly.

I worked with Sales Agent Brad Underwood and he really took the time to show me all the features of the car and let me test drive for as long as I wanted. I felt like he was really transparent with the financing and didn’t have a hidden agenda. He was really patient and answered all my questions and make sure the numbers made sense. He even hung out with me while they cleaned the car up and filled up the gas tank. He spent almost 8 hours going over everything with me! Very low key and no pressure.

Purchased a 2015 Odyssey Touring Model. Talked to 8 dealerships between Dayton and Cincinnati and Performance Honda had the best price. All negotiation was done via phone and email. Never stopped in the dealership until it was time to purchase the vehicle. Overall a good experience. One caution when negotiating via email/​phone make sure you read all of the fine print. You have to request dealerships to include all costs including destination to get an apples to apples comparison. Performance is a huge dealership, so they have attractive pricing.

Jason Baker made the shopping expirence very pleasant. Took away the stereo typical car salesperson.

Jason Baker in sales was very helpful with the whole process and did a great job explaining the different options on the car, answering all of our question and was very polite and professional. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase the car like at other dealerships. There training staff do a great job making a auto purchase a pleasant experience. After going through 20 Honda dealerships across the Cincinnati, Dayton, Florence and Columbus areas in my search for a 2015 Civic LX, the *BEST* experience hands-​down came from Performance Honda in Fairfield (
). All the credit goes to Belinda Gribble and her fantastic team: Megan Klopfstein, Jenny Gladwell and Sonya Parker.
They were welcoming, respectful and transparent while being aggressive to earn my business with the lowest price. All the other Honda dealerships couldn’t do all those things at the same time. The rest were either disrespectful, untruthful when I got there in-​person, or really nice but too expensive.
If you are in the market for a Honda I encourage you to consider Performance Honda in Fairfield and check to see when Belinda Gribble is there so you can stop in. She tops my list and will easily come back to her for another car.

Had a great experience with Michael Collier at Performance Honda. They helped me lease my first car and got me rate that worked with budget. They also gave me a ipad mini, which I might have been more excited about than the car.

We bought a used Honda Fit from this dealer in mid-​January, and were extremely pleased with every aspect of the purchase. Shane was the salesman, and Jason the business manager. Both were friendly, professional, flexible, and helpful. I highly recommend Performance Honda and will recommend it to our friends and family, even though we live 40 minutes away. It was well worth the drive!

This place is the same as every other Honda store, but what sets it apart is their service. They almost always have discount on their site for routine services like oil change and tire rotation. For that reason I usually come here for any maintenance work.

I recently had a wonderful service experience here and wanted to share that. I’m from Columbus, and was in the area for business when I noticed I needed an oil change. After working with a historically difficult local dealer, I expected that I may or may not even get my oil changed, but i’d try anyway. I’m pleased to report it was not only possible, but I was able to get right in and out in less than 30 minutes. Well done everyone, I love when things just work like they should. Oil changed, everything looked over, clean bill of health and back on the road in record time. I found the staff to be very friendly in all departments, helpful, and honest. I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Frontier at Performance Honda. My salesperson was Roger Hahn. This was also my third car purchase at Performance Honda.
I went into to test drive the car on a snowy day and Roger helped me review the car. I left after driving this car and called a day later to make an offer. We negotiated via email and I returned the following weekend to pick my truck.
It was a simple and easy transaction to this point… But…
On my way home, there was an odd sound emitting from the truck. I emailed Roger and took the car on in on the next business day (Roger emailed me back on his day off). They found the small issue, as it was an exhaust bracket that needed replaced. They took care of the issue painlessly. The selling of the car is easy– the service is tough and Performance has been a great dealership for me. I bought a new 1998 Civic EX, 2005 Toyota Matrix XRS and the Nissan Frontier mentioned here as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to send someone there. Roger made sure my needs and time was respected every step of the way.
I really do appreciate this dealership’s service and Roger’s help throughout the process.

OUTSTANDING. I was blown away by how terrific everyone was at Performance Honda. I’ve been to countless dealerships in my life and shortly after I walk in I usually know if it’s the right place for me or not.
The second I walked into Performance they had this comfortable and genuine way about them. Backing up a bit, my husband and I have been in the market for new cars for a while and decided on the Pilot. We traded in our cars and purchased two 2014 Honda Pilots. He is very down to earth and easy to work with. I’m really not one to write reviews, but I felt strong enough about how great everything was at Performance Honda that I had to. We had our kids with us the whole time– and everyone working there was SO good to them-​and us! We got an incredible deal– and best of all– I not only felt great about our purchase but also supporting a dealership who treated us with respect, kindness, and genuine care. Definitely a yes in my book!
