While most typewriter and computer repair shops have gone by the wayside, TV repair shops have followed right behind. It has been increasingly difficult to find a dedicated TV repair shop that specializes in anything that doesn’t require buying new to fix the problem. With a degree, a proven work record and a solid retirement from Sony, Sandra has made a specialty store for a niche market. Her years of soldering, replacing parts and giving old hardware a new lease on life have served her well. …Now, Sandra has turned those skills into serving our community. (.and I couldn’t be more grateful)
I have been a computer repair specialist for 15 years and I have seen the market shift away from «invest and repair» to «dispose and replace». It has saddened me to see old hardware filling up the landfills that could very easily be repurposed for non-​profits, at very least. Fortunately, Michael’s Electronics offers a solution to extending the life of your electronics and getting a little more bang for your buck.
I’m writing this review simply because I had a very special client who could not afford to buy a new computer, but felt she had ran out of options. I took her computer motherboard to Michael’s and had two blown caps replaced saving the entire computer and all her data on it. In the end, I made a new friend in Sandra, the computer was fixed and my client even saved a fistful of cash.
Honestly, …I’m extremely grateful to you Sandra for being there for me and my clients.
I would recommend you to my own Mom. =)

I am glad I called Sandra to fix my Samsung led TV. She was so professional and friendly, came on time at home to fix my TV. To my surprise she charged only $ 85 for home visit. My TV is working & I am a happy person as I save lot of money. I highly recommend to all for this business. Sandra is a great person.

I highly recommend this place for Samsung TV repair. Mrs. Sandra was extremely knowledgeable and very NICE! I called three other places and they wanted to charge me $ 250 just to come out and look at the TV, not including labor. Michael Electronics is by far the BEST PRICE in TOWN. Not only did she replace the two swollen capacitors, she replaced two extra ones. I have another Samsung acting up and she gave me a quote right away, and I believe it was very reasonable, I just have to save some cash for it before I can get that TV fixed.
I feel bad it took me this long to give her 5 stars, but I wanted to save the best for Last. Thank you Mrs. Sandra. Will give you a call soon for my 2nd TV! Also, she came to the House!

My laptop wasn’t working, took it first to another guy he wanted 250.00 but then I found this place… Omg the best place in town, hands down!!! Was only charged 130.00 and laptop was done in 3 days. Very friendly and efficient. I will defiantly come back if need be!

I called Michael Electronics today because my 67″ Samsung TV had white dots on the screen. I got lucky and they had the part that I needed in stock. Sandra and Francisco were at my house within two hours and solved the problem. Not only did they quickly fix my TV they were very friendly, professional and neat. I would highly recommend Michael Electronics!

My misfortune might have been loss of a complete system due to repair expense. My good fortune was to bring the system to Sandra at Michael Electronics Services. For a small charge and terrific discount on parts, my system is good as new. Afterwards, Sandra advised and showed me how to correctly hook up my Cable/​TV, Surround-​Sound, and Play Station System to work properly.
I received a great price, excellent advise and teaching, and friendly service. Sandra shows you the «pro» in professional.

I am completely impressed with Michael’s Electronics; from there customer service to there repair services. They are extremely professional and explain the repair process so you understand what to expect. They have free estimates, competitive pricing and complete the job quickly. I was able to get my $ 2000 plasma TV repaired for $ 300 and even bought another $ 2000 plasma that another customer didn’t want for the price of the repair ($ 290).

WoW!!! What great service and extremely honest, MICHAEL ELECTRONIC’S is somewhere you can definitely trust, which is hard to find in this time and age. I was hesitant on getting a TV fixed, although I hadn’t had it for very long, took it in and the repair was definitely cheaper than buying a brand new. Sandra is a Great Person and someone you can trust.
