I had a great experience with Judy Sforzini and just bought my new family room sofa and couch. Judy is friendly, funny and professional. She immediately approached me when I arrived and never made me feel pressure to buy. She let me look and then answered all my questions when I found the perfect set. I ended up coming back a few days later with my kids and they thought Judy was great. Make sure to go and see Judy and ask her about her cat.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I called to ask a simple question, the person that answered the phone was beyond rude! She had an attitude for no reason, I’m glad I didn’t purchase my furniture through this store. This store doesn’t have a great reviews for a reason, they need new staff.

Lazboy have sales 365 days a year so what is the rush? We ordered complete living room, lounge, dining room and bedroom furniture from La-Z-Boy South Common. The cost was quite high; however we heard the quality was supposed to be of a high standard. When the living room furniture arrived it was apparent from the beginning that the quality was substandard. The cushions had loose threads hanging plus the arm fabric was bunched up. Replacements were provided. The ottoman and arm chair fabric was loose for our lounge furniture and had to be replaced as well. Of course this took considerable time. The bedroom furniture still had not arrived after 9 weeks. We spoke with the La-Z-Boy sales person and she said that La-Z-Boy had no control on the production schedule! We had no previous bedroom furniture and were sleeping on a mattress on the bedroom floor. We were quite disgusted and cancelled the bedroom furniture order and ordered it from another furniture company. Needless to say we have been telling our story to friends and relatives to steer clear of La-Z-Boy. Poor quality and tardy delivery is unacceptable from a «reputed» company such as La-Z-Boy.

The furniture there was beautiful. Hence why i gave it a extra star But I wouldn’t know how well the service was because I didn’t receive any. 3 employees there. 2 at counter, 1 was helping a customer and none acknowledged me. Circled around the store and then went straight out. Pay attention to your customer service. I get better service at Walmart and that’s sad.

I came here with my mother the other day to look at their couches as I just purchased a new home and am in desperate need of a nice living room couch set-up. Alison worked with us the entire time and she was great. My vision for a couch was quite complicated and she really worked with us to understand what I wanted and helped us narrow it down to a set-up I liked with a fabric I liked. I am still researching my options, but now I know that La-Z-Boy will definitely be an option for me. I would recommend at least researching your options here, as they have many different set-ups and personalization that you can do.
