Kim’s Salon and Spa

Came all the way from L. A for a wedding … I was in need of a mani and pedi. I asked for a full set but Lynn advised for gel, so I did gel. It came out great!!! I loved her work and her massage lasted for way more than a minute! Two thumbs up!

I have been coming to Kim’s for almost 10 years for all of their services. Kim did my moms hair for years. I made an appointment with Nancy for highlights and a haircut. She totally butchered my hair. I even showed her a picture, we discussed the color and she completely ruined my hair. I went in for highlights and left with bleach blonde yellow brassy wet hair. I went back and told her I didn’t like it and she told me to come back the next day and she would tone it. I left work 2 hours early for this and still left unhappy. I paid $ 212 and walked out both times hating my hair. She didn’t even finish a blow out or style it. I asked for my money back and they said too bad. HORRIBLE service. I hate that I’ve ever spent a dollar in that «salon». Do not go here if you want a quality cut and color.
