I love this place. I’ve been going for almost 2 years now on a regular basis. Everyone is always sweet. My needs have always been met. I do waxing and nails and have always been pleased. People who are disappointed are more apt to jump on Unilocal than are those who are satisfied. Hopefully this helps you at least try it out.

They beg for tips and cut your face when ask for threading of eyebrows! And they need to learn courtesy first to run the business. They give you stare if you give less tips!

They do not have acrylic so I wasn’t able to get a normal fill in, they were extremely over priced & started rushing to finish because more people came in. I would not recommend it.

My daughter and I went for a mani/​pedi. They were the first salon to do an excellent job on my daughter. Spent a lot of time with both of us. We will definitely go back.

Not only are they rude, their gel nail manicures suck. I had to go back and get two fingers redone injustice 3 days. I know it’s a luxury problem but I spent so little $ on myself that when I do I want to get my money’s
worth! Don’t bother — go anywhere else.

This place is the worst. Completely unfriendly, rush you in and out and rude to their customers. Dont bother even trying it. they were so rude when i was in there to a customer it made me want to leave. There are too many other places that do a better job with nicer service

I have been going to Kiki’s since they opened and I love everyone there. Everyone is very friendly, they do a great job, and give the best foot massages during the pedicure. They are much nicer at Kiki’s than at Cleopatra. I rarely have to wait and they take credit cards (except AMEX).

went here today for a pedicure– totally not impressed. the entire process last about 10 – 15 mins… most certainly the fastest pedicure i’ve ever had!
Overall, just not very good– and for $ 25 they do the bare minimum. Also, we had to wait to pay. we got up and stood at the cashier to pay…
