I was very impressed with store prices! Cheaper then other furniture stores around here. We bought a leather sectional (1,649) on Feb 24, 2016. She said she had to special order it so we would have to wait 2 weeks, so we did. Two weeks comes around don’t hear anything from them. I let 2 days go by to see if they were ganna call me to update me on our sectional. Nope! I had to give her a call & she said «oh yea it’s ganna take another week the manufactures are talking long to deliver» I said ok that fine. Took another 2 weeks & I hear nothing from her I call again & she said ok they will be delivered on Saturday March 12, 2016 they FINALLY arrived!
We check them as they are unloading the sofas AND… They’re the wrong ones!!! So we were very upset by now so the move call crystal & she said we can keep the wrong ones till we get our sectional. So we did & till today, APRIL 1, 2016 we have not gotten our original sectional that we ordered. I went up to the store to see what’s going on because again I hear NOTHING from them for 2 weeks since they delivered the wrong sofas. She total forgot who we were & I had to remind her & she then remember. & said oh yea they should be here Friday or Saturday (April 2 or 3) & I told her ok well my mom is very upset because of all this & she wants you to make another paper of our contract because we got the BILL 3 ½ weeks from when we purchase the sofas & don’t have what we order so there for my mom is not paying something she doesn’t have. & it seemed like crystal got upset because all she did was cross the old date out & with a pen put the new date 3÷31÷16 & my mom asked if she could sign by it because that could have been anything that just changed the date & she got upset, she said in a rude way. «We can pick up the couches you guys have & I can refund you your money back & I said what & she repeated herself. & I was shocked & told my mom what crystal had said. I found that very rude & unprofessional! I told crystal ok my mom still wants what she pressed SO if it’s not here by April 2^nd or 3^rd you can come pick your couches up because we don’t want them. But she stock to they will be here April 2^nd or 3^rd.
So far we’ve been waiting a month & 3 weeks for some couches WILL NEVER purchase from here again

Love this place! Kimberlee is such a great help. She always give us a great deal on anything in the store or catalog. Always go’s above and beyond her way to make customers happy! Best place in town by far! Would really recommend this place!!!

Kimberlee, the store owner, was just the person I needed to help me in selecting the right furniture for my bedroom. She was kind, respectful, and patient as we both viewed a few furnishing books to find the right set for me that matched my budget.
I purchased the Homelegance set that came with the Queen size bed frame with storage, dresser, and two night stands. I placed an order along with a deposit and my items were readily available in 3 business days! Kimberlee promptly informed me and was so kind in helping me figure out how big of a truck I needed to haul away the furniture. She even helped me load it!
The assembly only took 2 hours and I did it all myself (had help loading it into my house of course). The items come, for the most part, pre-​assembled and the boxes break apart easily for simple removal. This set is absolutely great esp the fact that it’s all natural wood! I had a great experience shopping at K&A furnishings, I PROMISE you will too!

Unilocal stupid filtering system of reviews needs work. this furniture store is awesome. kimberly will help get you whatever you may need for for your home, at a much cheaper price than anyone. please do not go off of the bad reviews. give them a try and review them for yourselves.

Bought a California king size bed and it was delivered on time. We have been sleeping on it for awhile now and enjoy it very much. Best bed purchase ever! Thanks Kimberlee! :)

I had a scheduled delivery that came with missing items and a broken dresser. We would have been ok about the broken dresser, because this was the manufacture’s fault. However, the other missing items placed a hardship on the family. I had scheduled guest that had to sleep on the floor, along with my children, due to K&A’s neglect twice. I had to continuously contact K&A for delivery status date. As well, on the second delivery a few weeks later, they still had missing items. Eventually we had to pick up the remainder items. If I had not paid in full, I would have cancelled the whole order. We planned on making other purchases from K&A, but decided not to EVER purchase again.

I ordered a sofa, love seat and ottoman from this Business. Delivery and setup was scheduled for a week later. The delivery men arrived on time and proceeded to setup the furniture. When they came to the love seat, they could not get it together properly and I heard them discussing this. Apparently they didn’t know that I do understand Spanish and what happened next is why they get 1 star. Knowing that the love seat was not properly setup, they called me to the room and told me they were done and handed me the delivery checklist to sign. I walked directly over to the love seat, shook it and showed them that it was not completed. It was pushed against the wall so the back seemed sturdy, but if you pulled it away from the wall it was a mess. This was a deliberate attempt to defraud and it’s completely unacceptable. I immediately pointed this out and asked for a replacement. The ottoman I ordered had a ship in one of the trays so I asked that this be replaced as well. I called the business and spoke with Kimberly the manager and she promised to deliver a new love seat and ottoman tray by Wednesday of the next week.
Fast forward to Wednesday the delivery day. When the love seat came, it was already all put together. I question whether it’s actually new or not but I really have no way of knowing. What I do know is that after they left, it smells like old rubber tennis shoes. The sofa does not have this smell. They also did not deliver the replacement for the chipped ottoman tray as promised and as they stated they would on the delivery checklist form.
This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received and I would not spend a nickle in this store again and urge you not to either!

Where to get started, I don’t even know. I order a living room set for 1300. I night I discovered a hole in the back of the wedge. The following day I immediately called and reported this. The daughter of the owner stated she would have a replacement within 2 weeks.
First Monday of week 3 I called and asked the status of my replacement wedge and she further stated that she «completely forgot». the following Tuesday the owner showed up at my house. My wife called me frantically and she put the owner on the phone, he said he will not be able to replace it because he’s blaming me for it, even though I called the day after I discovered it!
He came into my home and argued with me about how he didn’t do it for an hour! Then he said he brought the floor model to replace it. I told him I’m not going to accept used furniture since every behind in Fairfield probably sat on it. Then we argued about how it’s not used. Then we argued about him trying to demonstrate that it wasn’t him buy him putting a box cutter to the couch.
He said he was going to make a cut and if it matches with the current cut, that he would replace it. So I raised the B.S. flag. THEN he wanted me to go HALFSIES! on getting a new one. So I raised another B. S flag. I question whether this is even a legitimate business anymore. NO ONE comes into a strangers house and disrespects a man’s wife then insults me by walking out, then driving off and calls themselves a legitimate business. For their sake I hope they read and reply to this review, because not only will I blacklist this «Store» from ever receiving business from Travis AFB (which most your business is from), I’m reporting this incident to the BBB (in hopes that you don’t rip anymore people in Fairfield off),
Furthermore, I will be hiring an attorney to seek legal actions. If I can give this place negative stars I would, they don’t even deserve one.

We have been going to Ana for over five years now and have bought A LOT of furniture from her. Till now the furniture was good and we had no complaints, however recently we ordered a sectional and had the worst and most unprofessional experience ever.
First of all Ana would not even deliver the furniture because we had only paid half of her money (we had only withheld the other half because we wanted to make sure the delivery was correct) and after so many years of business with her she wouldn’t budge. When I did go into the store to give her the check so she can deliver, she snatched it out of my hand like she’d never seen money before. Second the couch we ordered was name brand, and the one she delivered was a cheap knockoff straight from China. Third we ordered a customize sectional where we wanted two extra seating in the middle to make it one large piece. Ana assured us that was possible and charged us extra, however when the order was delivered there was no extra seating. Fourth, when I sat down in the middle section of the sectional (its L shaped) I fell right to the floor! Why? because there is nothing to hold the pieces of furniture together; no latches or anything so there are just pieces of a sectionals and every time I go to sit the pieces next to me slides the other way. This has been so embarrassing, and Ana should not have delivered a sectional in this condition. FIFTH, her husband came to deliver the furniture and when we told him the order was wrong and we wanted another, he started yelling and offending us, in MY house! So now I am in an endless debate with MONEY HUNGRY people. They will not give or money back or even exchange the furniture.

If your planning to buy furniture Save yourself frustration and Dont buy it here. Although Kim is young and very friendly their service is Terrible! I wondered why they only want to accept cash, its because they just want your money. I bought a couch for $ 1000 cash and wine cabinet for $ 399 and I was promise to receive a New one. Only to find out that they Lied! It’s the display in their store with scratches and torn material. I called so many times but they Never fix the problems nor attempted to assure customer satisfaction. This store doesnt even deserve 1 star at all. Horrible place to shop for your well earned money. Dont waste it to this place.

Update:
Well, our furniture actually arrived at the furniture store yesterday and the owner personally brought it out to our home that night. So, while I can’t say that I am happy to have waited that long, the owner (mgr.?) did make the personal effort to bring it out himself as soon as it came in.
