K-9 Resorts Daycare & Luxury Hotel

We are so happy with this resort. Your black lab has stayed here twice. Once for Christmas and this past weekend for my wife and I wedding. It was great to know that ours dog was safe and happy. He came back clean and happy.

We brought our English Bulldog Hercules for an overnight stay and he seems to have had a wonderful time. The staff is very personable, responsive and friendly. We will be bringing Hercules back for a 10 night stay when we go to Aruba for our wedding.

My 2 dogs have stayed at K9 twice already. The facility is extremely clean and they always accommodated their special needs. They were also very receptive to calls from me to check in on how they were doing. The best thing is that both dogs came home calm and clean, which is a plus. I have left them at other places and the quality is just not the same as K9 Resort. I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a quality place for your pets.

I am not the type to write a bad review. I will admit I am trying to write a balanced review, but will preface this by saying I will no longer be bringing my dog to K9 Resorts.
Upon my initial call to inquire about doggie daycare, I was given a slew of information from a very enthusiastic receptionist (I will not be giving specific names). She was helpful and accommodating when it came to having to drop off my dog earlier than the preferred time for an initial visit.
Due to my boyfriend and my crazy schedule, the second, third and fourth time we dropped him off for daycare we unfortunately had to ask them to keep our dog overnight since pickup is 7pm, and they don’t accommodate late pickup even for an additional charge. While the first two times they were accommodating, the third was not as well received. I will say we paid full price for everything so it wasn’t as if we asking for more than any other boarding client, it was just on shorter notice.
Essentially I was scolded for having to ask them to hang on to him overnight and I was «3 for 3» and when they are «filled to the gills in the summer» I couldn’t «pull this.» We are a young couple who works long hours to have enough money to make sure that we can have our dog in a safe place when we are away. Being talked down to about not being able to pick him up didn’t make me feel any better about leaving him in their care.
After that last reception, we have decided to not bring our dog back to their facilities and will be trying out another business in the area.
If you are an owner who can live your life within their tight rules and can pay for their additional costs (such as a bath is required or multiple nights in boarding, at full cost to you and having to pay to have your dog eat food you bring) then by all means try them out. My dog never came home harmed, upset or sick, but my personal experience with their staff left a memorable impact on my opinion of their company.

K-​9 Resorts is a terrific place for day care or boarding. Our dog, Dutch, loves to go there! The facility is clean and quiet. The staff really cares about each dog and they knew Dutch’s name by the second visit. I highly recommend K-​9 Resorts!!!

Thiis is the place, no bones about it
As clean as a hospital. Quiet, not like other places where dogs are constantly barking and stressing each other out. (I’ve tried a lot of them).
My Teddy gets so excited when he gets to the door, he can’t wait to get inside. And he loves all the staff. All dogs are evaluated by temperament and play groups assembled accordingly. Bit pricey, but you know, you get what you pay for!

K-​9 Resort was so clean and all the workers were so welcoming to my lab. The place is very reasonable with their prices too and give the dog a bath for staying there more then two days! I would really recommend this place.

Love this place! I used a different Fairfield boarding facility two times last year but BOTH times my dog came home sick with large vet bills so we decided to go visit K-​9 for a tour.
We loved it. It smells so clean and everyone who works there is in uniforms and are extremely professional. The dog areas are very large and they have outdoor play areas as well. My dog came home after an 8 day stay and he was cleaned (it was complimentary) and he did not get sick.
I met the owner twice and he was so nice and professional. Everything is state of the art. You can even have a TV in your dog’s sleeping space.
Worth every penny.

Amazing staff! Our Pitbull, Lilly, absolutely loves coming to see her friends at K9, especially Andy! They give so much love and affection to her that she actually gets excited every time she goes near the car because she thinks she is coming here!
After being at 3 other overnight places, nothing compares to K9 Resorts. This place is cleaner and more welcoming than any of the others. We recommend everyone to use K9 Resorts for all of their dog-​sitting needs!

This place is absolutely fantastic! The facility itself is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I have a rescue dog and we were hesitant about bringing her to a facility like this because we don’t know her history — K9 resorts eased our fears and then some! We were able to have a great vacation without worrying about our dog and our dog came home happy, well cared for a smelling wonderful!

I checked out numerous amounts of places and nothing even comes close to K-​9! The staff is great & really know there stuff! My dog Lola runs into the place!!! She loves it there!!! & I feel confident that she is getting great care!!! & she leaves there smelling soo great!!! The place is soo spotless!!!

Absolutely love this place. I have never walked into a facility (human or otherwise) that was so clean.
The staff and owner are really nice people and truly care about the dogs. The pooches seem to be really enjoying themselves from what I saw. That was an extremely comforting sight!
