The negative reviews on here are very petty. It’s not a brand new office, so don’t expect it to be. But Dr Mosley is awesome! Very professional and caring. He worked with me in payments and that says ALOT! I highly recommend him. He is in Fairfield Tue, Wed, and Fri.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Was new in town and made appt. with Dr. Mosley. Receptionist was very pleasant, but it was downhill from then on. The exam chair was in a dank room that showed a lot of wear and tear. Waited for a LONG time after I was seated. Dr. Mosley was in another room across the hall with another patient. No doors, no privacy. I could hear every word that was said.
He finally came in to greet me. Told him about my medical history and when I mentioned my organ transplants and that I was a very lucky man to receive this gift of life, he corrected me and told me I was blessed, not lucky. OK…
I am spiritual but not into organized religion. I did not need that admonition as if I was 12 years old.
He disappeared again for twenty minutes. He did the exam and also the lousiest teeth-​cleaning imaginable. He told me that I needed extensive work and that my cost (after insurance) would be $ 7400.
I got a second opinion with a dentist that I like very much. Bottom line… I needed a crown which would cost $ 700. Unbelievable!
I have never written a review of any kind like this, whether it’s Unilocal or anything else. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this dentist!

After 5+ years of 3^rd world «affordable» dental, I quit. I have no idea why anyone would give this practitioner more than a star. His Fairfield office is located in an abandoned business park near Fairfield Wal-​Mart and as far as I can tell, he is the only remaining «business» there. and even then, 2 days a week!!! RED FLAG! Entering his office/​suites, one quickly notices cracks in the walls, faded paint and dust covered artificial plants. Everything in the office is in very used condition, tools are covered with lime scale and scary. My last visit was for my bi-​annual 4 minute cleaning. He noted a crack in a tooth and I let this provider put veneers on my 6 front teeth. (CAUTION: IF you’re going to pay ANYONE $ 1200/​tooth for a veneer, go to a COSMETIC Dentist… not a general dentist). Live and learn. Less than a week later, one of them popped off during gentle flossing. I returned for repair, «Hmmm…that’s not supposed to happen,» he mumbles. [Ya THINK?]
Additionally, I paid up front for the veneers and my receipt was handwritten, like a pizza shop order slip.
Long story-​short, he never DID clean my teeth. I returned for my 6 month follow-​up and he passed me on the way out of his office. I started to speak with the receptionist and my phone rings with their v.m. that he would be unable to see me and I’d need to reschedule. Unsure of my schedule, I tried to call them back several times to reschedule but my calls were never returned. Wow. Those 4 minute cleaning sessions had to = decent insurance money but they dropped the ball on that, too. He placed my veneers and $ 7800 never saw me again. No return calls, no reappointment. I think their most modern piece of equipment in that office is the non-​functional combination 12″ TV/​VCR.
1 year later, I’ve switched dental plans AND drove yesterday over an hour away to meet a GREAT dentist who let me know all that had gone wrong through neglect, that he would try to help correct but I’d gone too long without proper dental care. State of the art everything in his office. Actually did some urgent work that day and took photos before to ensure I understood and could SEE the damange as well as during/​after to show me/​record his progress.
If Wal-​Mart rented out their little Income Tax booth for 9 – 10 months of the year to another entity, I’m sure this guy would be there. I do not recommend having a dentist who cannot build enough of a client base to work from a single location, necessitating having to try and work around HIS schedule and catch him when you can.
Folks. If you want to save money, just have all your teeth pulled and get dentures. If you value your teeth and hope to have them for at least 20 years, AVOID this office.
UPDATE 4÷3÷15: New Dental plan is very little more and I get REAL teeth cleaning 4x/​year! Mosley’s ‘cleaning’s are quicker than it take time to park your car in the totally vacant lot and walk in and self-​register on a clipboard, with a pen that doesn’t work.
With my new dentist, I was needing work done due to oversights and no x-​ray or real exam for 5+ years thanks to Mosley. Wow… did I save my self some BIG bucks? Nope. Paying for it now. I’ve needed fillings replaced, Mosely –repairs redone. Today, during a gentle, thorough deep cleaning by the new crew, one of Mosley’s $ 1200 veneers popped off. I could see surprise in my dentist’s eyes. He photographed it and showed me in (high definition) how Mosley’s work was sealed improperly/​poorly and as a result, fluid/​junk, etc were getting behind it. I’m guessing the OTHER 5 Mosley placed are the same? My new dentist is sympathetic and offered (as a no-​pressure option), not to replace the veneers which covered front and ¼ of the back of these teeth but to do TOTAL NEW CROWNS on ALL 6 TEETH… for LESS than what Mosley charged me for his partials veneers! «Some of my patients have had their veneers stay on for 10 – 20 years,» Mosley actually said. (I am NOW guessing that those parties are the deceased ones?) TOTAL CROWN replacement AND a custom fitted nightguard for less than what Mosley charged for 6 veneers. When I looked at it closely? It very, truly resembled the «temporary» veneers I was given while waiting for these… which ALSO popped off, not once but TWICE in less than 3 weeks… PLUS they were BROWN! Imagine your front 6 teeth nice and brown for 3 weeks when you work with people all day long.
I now found the World’s BEST Dentist at Spring Lake Dentistry in Woodland, CA and am HAPPY to drive that far to get quality care. State of the art equipment, surgical suite-​clean rooms you could eat off the floor. They lo-​dose x-​ray each tooth individually and showed me the ones that needed immediate attention and what could wait. No pressure. NO PAIN. The office could be a TV show they seem so professional, fulfilled and get along so well. I only wish they did auto, plumbing and Primary Care. They did offer 5% discounts for paying at that time! I
