Gillespie’s has been family owned & operated in Fairfield, CA since 1934. Ben & Marcy Gillespie were the original owners until 1975, that’s 41 years. Gillespie’s is currently owned & operated by the Hoover family. Russ & Char, Monte, Craig & Steve. We are celebrating 36 years of ownership this year.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Salesperson was helpful but not pushy. Estimate for the job was done within 3 days. Carpet was ordered and arrived on time. Installers for the carpet were punctual and efficient. Everyone was so helpful and really nice.
Something extra special about this company… One month after my install a box of cupcakes arrived from a local bakery «Sweet Spot Bakery in Suisun» as a thank you gift from Gillespie’s with a hand written card.

Giliespie’s installed carpet in our downstairs living room in August 2012. They did a wonderful job. We just had them put carpet in our entire upstairs. They did a great job. They moved furniture, took out the old carpet and pad and installed the new pad and carpet within two days. We have also used them in the past to do floor tile and shutters. Everything they do in wonderful. Friendly service and excellent follow through and follow up. Price was reasonable. We would highly recommend them. They are a family owned local business which we all need to support.
