Business Owner

Eric W. Vandermey, is a retired military lawyer and combat veteran with over 22 years of service and is now a consumer protection advocate. He is licensed to practice law in every State court in California, including the Federal courts in the Northern District of California, the Eastern District of California and the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the California State Bar, has extensive experience, and has successfully represented hundreds of clients all over Northern California in order to obtain relief by utilizing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection.

Additionally, Eric W. Vandermey has extensive trial experience with the Federal government. In his 22 years military experience, he served as the Command Judge Advocate for the Counterdrug Task Force, conducted dozens of administrative hearings and provided legal services to the great service members of the California Army National Guard and the California Air Guard.
