Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I am not a Verizon person. I don’t like their service or the cost that they charge for their plans. I had one cell phone through them, and even a pager back in the day. I had horrible experiences, and wanted to tell them to jump off a bridge. My boyfriend however, has Verizon and really likes the service.
We went to this retailer the other day because he was having issues with his phone, and I must say, despite my general thoughts of the company itself, the staff here were awesome. There wasn’t a very long wait, the building was clean and looked very nice, both inside and out. His sales person was both professional and courteous. He gave us his honest opinion on everything, and even gave us a discount with the Unilocal coupon that comes up when you check in without hassle.
I expressed my concern that my sweetie’s bill seemed pretty high, (even though I am not on the plan and it’s none of my business…) and he listened to my concerns and checked into the problem. He changed a few things and my boyfriend ended up with a newer phone and a cheaper monthly bill.
He was happy, I was happy. If you have this service, I’d definitely tell you to go to this location for help. They were fantastic!
