Dr. Bhatt is EXTREMELY attentive. He takes the time to listen to me and I never feel rushed through an appointment. I have never had more than a 10 – 15 minute wait time, which is great for the medical field.

I highly recommend this physician. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to speak with his patients in detail and also provides a great level of comfort.

I think he’s a smart, knowledgeable physician. His partner in his practice is his wife, and they seem to have a special focus on treating elderly patients in assisted living or other healthcare facilities. That’s probably a good niche from a business standpoint, because the population is aging.
I gave Dr. Bhatt only one star because his responsiveness and communication are terrible. Maybe he’s too busy in his practice. (Nice problem to have.) He does not return phone calls in a timely fashion and, in some cases, he does not bother to return them at all. His administrative staff seems somewhat clueless and useless. And Dr. Bhatt unapologetically stood us up on an appointment which we eagerly awaited for our mother at her assisted living facility. When I made the appointment, I knew that the particular RN who had brought Dr. Bhatt into that facility had left. So when I called Dr. Bhatt’s office, I first inquired as to whether he was still seeing patients in that facility. His office staff-​member put me on hold to check with him and she returned to schedule an appointment for two weeks hence. Dr. Bhatt did not show-​up; nor did he call. When I called his office to see what happened, I was told that he would call me back. He did not.
If Dr. Bhatt did not want our mother as a patient or if he did not want to return to her facility, he could have dealt with us forthrightly, especially because I gave him a graceful out when I made the appointment. His behavior towards us was unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate.
