Beachside Deli & Pizza

Only really popular with the college crowd as they take stag bucks, and share the same location as The Seagrape, another mediocre establishment that doesn’t need to worry about quality. Sandwiches are pretty standard, nothing exciting. The BBQ sauce taste terribly sweet and has a strange purple/​pink hue to it. Delivery is always wrapped in tinfoil thus the condensation always makes your sandwiches extremely soggy, its called parchment paper, use it. Staff is incredibly rude, and delivery hours are strange, often times they will tell you they cant deliver for no reason. All the positive reviews on here are from dumb college kids or must be fake, You only eat here if your in college.

Food is good. But delivery service is TERRIBLE. They say they deliver starting at 4pm, but on four separate occasions I’ve called during operating hours and they would not deliver to me. Sick and tired of their excuses.

We ordered a pizza and salad to go back to our hotel room. We went to the beach for the wait time they told us. When I went in to get the pizza it was wrong. We ordered a Margerhita pizza with sausage. We had asked what kind of sausage (spicy/​sweet) earlier and when I opened the box there was no sausage. No basil. Just gross looking tomatoes. The front counter girl was eating herself and seemed irritated that I asked her about it. She went and got the cook. He seemed highly irritated and snapped at me for asking if the sausage would be sprinkled on, or cooked in another pizza for us. They sprinkled some on and shoved the box at my fiancé. We were starving, so we just grabbed it and left. The salad was spinach, a handful of cranberries and walnuts with 3 large slices of feta that was not crumbled at all. The pizza had no red sauce and literally tasted like Styrofoam. He had 2 bites, I managed about 5. It was horrible, but the service matched it! Pretty pricey for what we got! I would never go back and would recommend anyone who goes in to be weary of attitude and quality!

Today for the first time I tried the cheese pizza… Awesome! Not too much sauce and thin crust! Yummmmm!

The rustler is the best breakfast sandwich by the beach

Decent sandwiches. The grinders are a little smaller than most places but they make up for it by packing it with a lot of meat. Very friendly staff.

I’m a local resident in Fairfield and my two sons have been eating at Beachside Deli for years. The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious and they provide fast and affordable deliveries all over town. I can’t wait to try their new menu they just put out!

Beachside yanni is a legend, and the food is bomb, they deliver all the time, all over town, and everyone who works there is friendly. Beachside is my favorite deli in fairfield, hands down.

Went here on an impulse the other night in a search of a quick sandwich for dinner. After reading the only two reviews I figured it was worth a shot being the only local place open. Their website was and still is down so the only shot I could get of their menu was a Google image.
In person, their sandwich menu felt lacking and all too basic. None of the «Beachside Favorites» seemed on par with other delis signature creations. Very simple and boring. I ordered the Turkey Delight (turkey, swiss, cole slaw and russian dressing) on a hard roll. Everything tasted fresh but had no spark. The colors were bland and flavors were missing. Definitely edible but nothing special as it didn’t satisfy my craving. Pizza smelled good so its unfortunate I was in the mood for a sandwich.
Wouldn’t say I’d ever go back, sorry.

Beachside Deli & Pizza is the bomb. This place has the best pizza in town, made from the freshest ingredients by Joe the pizza man. Not only is the pizza bangin’, but the calzones and stuffed breads are awesome too.
Beachside also has a great breakfast menu. I recommend «The Rustler» (double egg, steak, cheese with a crispy hashbrown on top). For lunch or dinner, you can count on a wide selection of Boar’s Head deli meats, and some tasty signature sandwiches («The Lipsmacker», grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce, served hot). You can also find homemade soups and fresh salads at this joint, and everything is for a great price.
The owners are super friendly, and the location is a hot spot for Fairfield students and beach residents. They deliver and can even do catering for a small party. Beachside Deli & Pizza rocks my socks off.
