Worst way to conduct business. I had several experiences with them, none were pleasant. Most of the sales agents don t have the knowledge nor the competency and will become quickly rude when reality is not what they think. Some will even lie to your face. Last example: I signed up on line for the family shared plan in March 2014, 3 lines, 10gb data plan to be shared for $ 145/month. The agent told me it did not exist! I needed to upgrade to an iPhone 5C and was eligible for a refurbished one at a discount. The agent sent us to RadioShack because AT&T did not have it in stock. RadioShack made a little mistake(that they took care of very well later on) that impacted my contract. When I went back to AT&T to get it fixed, the new agent I talked to looked down at us claiming that AT&T would never send a customer to RadioShack. Stay away from these clowns, go on line and do it yourself as much as you can.

Got a new iPhone and didn’t really know much about it. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and set it up without any hassle. I can’t believe how easy it was for him to do it. They went over all of my billing options and found the perfect plan for my usage and coverage. I would recommend AT&T to anyone looking for a new smartphone. They also promoted their home TV and internet package comparing it to my current service. I give them four stars!

Josh(southern dude) is probably the best customer service person i’ve ever dealt with… We took my parents off Verizon VERY quickly and painlessly. Josh needs to get a raise or something… He’s awesome.
