Advanced Hearing Aids Center

This was my first time getting hearing aids and I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this provider !! Dr. Stratton was extremely professional, very knowledgable and answered all my questions from my first visit with him, through my fitting and my final adjustment. I feel like having my hearing aids has opened a whole new world for me and it is so nice to know that I found such people in my own home town.

The office was very welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions. The office assistant Deborah was really helpful with the literature I requested and appointment times available. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

This office is the best! I want to thank Advanced Hearing for all the help they have given me this past year. Their service has always been top notch and my hearing has never been better. they are more about money and less about helping others. i been seeing them since i purchased a hearing aid from them. for 3 years i didnt have to pay anything. but because myt warranty ran out, they charged me 20.00 for just a little tube that connects to my ear molds. when i know it cost them pennies. and then when i needed a letter to be excused from jury duty, they again charged me 20.00 for just a simple letter!!! charge here and there!!! for goodness sake! if you want to keep me as a customer, quit charging me for EVERYTHING!!! i was ready to purchase new hearing aids, and i talked to some other hearing aid dispensers and they told me they wouldnt charge me for all the stuff this company has charged me! and this is before i purchased a new hearing aid from them!!!
