I had recently had back surgery when I went to Absolute Health. Dr. Gupta was amazing, professional, kind, and down to earth. I was amazed at all the different treatment options, especially the hyperbaric chamber. I was skeptical at first, but after using the chamber, I had more energy and was less sore.
It’s wonderful to have such caring physicians working with you. And because of their help, I am walking again and leading a completely normal life.

Dr. Anjali Chanana-​Gupta is the most thorough and caring doctor my husband and I have ever had. She combines her training in Internal Medicine with a vast knowledge of how properly balanced nutrition, bio-​identical hormones and exercise impact a person’s ability to gain and maintain optimum wellness and inner peace as the natural aging process occurs.
In Absolute Health’s nicely appointed and calming waiting room, we never have to wait for our appointments for more than a few minutes. Dr. Chanana-​Gupta spends 40 minutes to an hour during each of our appointments discussing our medical issues, test results, and various solutions and remedies in great detail. She listens with her full attention and makes us feel as though we are her greatest concern at that moment.
Concerning his diabetes, my husband has followed Dr. Chanana-Gupta’s advice for several years now regarding nutrition and exercise, including attending yoga classes two to three times a week. As a result, he has not had to take any drugs to keep his blood sugar under control.
We both attend the yoga classes at Absolute Health, taught by Krista Masters and have found that we love this time at the end of the day that strengthens our bodies and calms our minds.
In addition to the excellent medical care and the yoga classes, I have also taken advantage of Absolute Health’s thermal sauna and massage therapy. I feel so lucky to have a doctor who offers my husband and I such a complete wellness opportunity.
