VersaTel Solutions is a virtual administrative support service and is available to all kinds of businesses and business people who are in need of assistance, but are not ready or capable of hiring a full or part time administrator. Some of the services we offer are: weekly or monthly bookkeeping (using Quickbooks); social media maintenance (status updates, blog/article writing, newsletters, web content), calendar management, client database management, lead generation (using your information, we build a list, contact those potential clients and report a list of warm leads; uploading business cards into a database then utilizing a service such as Constant Contact to connect with potential/active clients), and am a Notary among many other services. VersaTel Solutions brings over 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience followed by 10 years of virtual experience to small and mid size companies looking to fulfill administrative needs, without the hassle of hiring someone in house, or placing a person on payroll. Our team collectively adds a rich and varied scope of knowledge to help those who either work alone, work with a small group, own a small business, or work for a large business and are responsible for their own administrative tasks. We offer bookkeeping as well as content maintenance; calendar, and database management, and many more services.

Sevana Stone began her career in the Virtual Field in 2003, bringing with her an expanded depth of experience in Sales, Marketing, Planning, Writing, and Promotion. She has built a strong administrative team of highly experienced individuals to assist businesses at a maximum level.
