I have always been very diligent about my oral hygiene and was never afraid of going to the dentist. Until seeing this one! When I moved to the area I was looking for a dentist more conveniently located. Going here was a huge mistake! After 25 years without a single cavity, and never missing a dentist appointment, I was suddenly told that I have several areas that needed attention. In addition, I was cautioned about the length of my k9 teeth due to orthodontics. This information shocked me and I expressly told the dentist not to do anything other than the cleaning. He proceeded to buzz and fill parts of my back teeth while I am lying helplessly in the chair. Then he added veneer fillers to the fronts of my k9 teeth to elongate them. Tears began streaming down my face as my teeth were being violated. He speaks good English so I’m not sure why he did what I had asked for him not to do. After all this he actually tried to charge me for 9 fillings plus cosmetic work, none of which I authorized. I was outraged and very emotional. I flat out told them that I did not want any of this work and will not be paying. I left in a daze still in shock that this had all happened. Over the next few days I continually chipped the newly long k9 teeth while chewing and had to endure more trauma over my teeth never being the same again. Luckily I was able to visit my previous dentist to help fill down the veneers. I now drive over an hour to see my lifelong dentist. Fighting NoVa traffic beats dealing with a horrific dentist. Consider yourself warned!

Dr. Le is an excellent dentist. I was going to his office a few years back & had a lot of dental works done. All of his equipments are state of the art which was pretty cool. I avoided going to dentist for the longest time and gladed I went to Dr. Le for my fillings and crown etc. Dr. Le was very professional and his staffs were nice & friendly. I also got veneers and received so much compliments from everybody because of how natural it looked and it completely changed the profile of my face! As far as billing and cost, everything was straight forward. I was charged the % I was responsible for with my insurance. I have since moved out of state and is going to a new dentist. I have to say Dr. Le quality of service is superior and I highly recommend his office.

Do not recommend this dentist.
Visited to have an oral exam for a specific need. He gave me a nice summary of my tooth’s condition and handed me his treatment plan and associated costs. Everything was very cool up to this point.
I told him a few times that I needed to think about this due to the considerably high price estimate. He basically trapped me there 10 – 15 min trying to convince me schedule the next visit and go with his plan. Very pushy and not professional at all.
Also, the rate I got on the phone from his staff (before scheduling the visit) regarding my tooth issue was around $ 500 less than what he came up with in his treatment plan. When I asked about this, he gave a smart reply, but not convincing at all.

Dr. Le has always provided excellent service. Not only is he an excellent dentist but he is genuine and truly cares about his patients. The front desk personnel has always provided friendly service and helpful explanations on insurance and bills.
