I had two issues at my house so I made an appointment for Victor to come over and check it out. First off, he was cool enough to let me know he was on his was and his expected arrival time. That helps out as they gave me a window of 3 to 5 on when he’ll arrive. When he got here, he had a smile on his face, a bag full of tool and ready to go. He figured out our problems in a few minutes and walked us through why they occurred, which I appreciate people to do so we can learn why things were broken. As one problem was the electrical shorting out, he even showed us where water was getting into the house from the outside and how it tripped the circuit. Fixing the hold will be an easy fix on my part but I’m glad he made the effort to let me know. He also fixed the wiring on a wall switch which was both installed incorrectly and broken. Afterwards, he cleaned up and was out in a decent time. Kudos for «entertaining» my 6yo daughter who’s inquisitiveness on whats going on led him to talk about electrical safety and let her feel involved. Definitely recommend these guys again.

After a competitor failed to show up for a scheduled appointment, I contacted Riddle electric. Victor showed up to my house the same day and was able to fix my problem in no time. I will definitely use Riddle electric in the future.

My home insurance company sent them to fix an electrical problem I had. I am glad they sent this company. The electrician Forest (who is also the owner) was on time, very courteous, explained everything he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and found the source which was a GC outlet which in effect was also causing problems with my outdoor outlets, rendering them useless. He replaced the parts and showed me the faulty part, it was actually overheating. But in the process he also saved me a repair call for the gas fireplace repairman. The cheapest quote I had received for my fireplace was about $ 400 which did not include a blower which they insisted they had to install and would cost 350. I had already found the blower online, for less than half the price but all the 3 places I had called refused to install anything other than what they bought (and marked up). Forest showed me in 3 minutes that installation was simply plugging the unit in! He also smelled leaking gas and told me to call Washington Gas. I did and they came by immediately, it turned out to be nothing. Still I was relieved that potentially the one reason I may have needed to call the repair guys anyway, was eliminated and hence the cost. Very happy with the service and would use him again.

They made more than one trip to identify why the circuit breakers were tripping. Never were able to identify the problem. When the technician said he was going to have to rip into the dry wall to find the problem… I called another electrical company and the resolved the problem right away by replacing a couple circuit breakers. Waste of my money.

This was our first time using Riddle Electric Services. From the scheduling of the appointment to the completion of the work; the technician, Victor, was on time, professional and knew his craft. He fixed 2 ceiling fans and checked the wiring to our porch light. He answered questions that my husband had via phone during his visit. We would definitely use this business again and would highly recommend it to others.

Riddle Electric came to repair a ceiling fan under my warranty contract. Nick was the technician and he was as nice and courteous as could be. He took his time and was able to determine the problem and to fix it!!! It was a pretty expensive fan and I thought it would require replacing. I was so impressed! While he was here, I asked him to look at a bathroom exhaust fan. I knew that I would pay outside of the warranty program for any repair to the exhaust fan but he said no problem he’d look at it. He did that and adjusted something and it’s working!!! He did not charge anything for that service. This experience with Riddle was impressive and I will always request them for my electric services. Five stars for sure!!!

Charged me $ 100 to come to my house and reset a hidden breaker. That is all they did. Didn’t have to break out a single tool but somehow thought it was fair to charge me $ 100.

They arrived precisely on time, brought their own booties and completed the job in a timely fashion. While one worker was changing the outlets, the other explained to me what caused the issue and how to prevent future issues. They could not have done a better job. Very pleased.

My initial contact with this company was through our Home Warranty to replace a ceiling fan. Forrest was the electrician who came out to service us and we were impressed! So much so that we hired them to replace ceiling fans in two other rooms. Cooper did the installation for the fans and he was impressive as well. You can tell that they know their jobs well and the pricing was reasonable. They appear to be honest and provide excellent advice. Granted, I don’t have alot of experience with electricians specifically, but I know customer service and business acumen and they were impressive. They knew exactly what they were doing and provided valuable information. I will definitely call on Riddle Electric for any other electrical work I may need. Great Job Gentlemen! Another important factor is appointment time; although they give you a 3 hour window, on both occasions, they arrived on the early end of the window!

Service was on-​time and quick. Forrest did what he needed to do and didn’t waste any time. He was friendly and seemed honest.
