And they call Angelenos flaky… Upon recommendation of another attorney, I called to schedule a meeting with Mr. Beckwith. Considering I’m in another part of the country, it’s challenging to go with anyone out of the blue. Therefore, it’s the only reason I have tried to reach Mr. Beckwith twice but to no avail. I was promised the second time around that I would most certainly receive a phone call. It’s been approximately a month and no one has bothered to respond back to either call. At the very least, if they didn’t want to take on my case, someone from the firm could have the common decency to let me know they were too busy or simply not interested. Or, perhaps they could have called back with a recommendation to an esteemed colleague who actually had time to focus on a new case. Mr. Beckwith worked for the aforementioned attorney GRATIS. It’s mind boggling he and/or his firm can’t be bothered to pick up the phone for a potential paying client. Not only is this unprofessional, but it is rude, discourteous, and arrogant. How can you trust someone like this to handle your case? The attorney who recommended him absolutely concurs — their lack of care and concern is inexcusable. In fact, he finds it quite shocking and will probably never recommend them to anyone ever again. Here’s a little Business 101 — most business is word of mouth. My only solace is hoping they voted for Romney and are still reeling from the Democratic smackdown. I will certainly enjoy it when their taxes go up.

Dave Hall is the man. $$ but worth it. Not as expensive as some of the competition. Former Fairfax County prosecutor so he knows everyone very well.
