P&C Art specializes in Fine Art and Custom Framing, presenting one of the most comprehensive contemporary art collections in the Washington D.C. area. Our collection boasts original paintings in oil, acrylic, and watercolor; as well as national and internationally recognized sculptures in bronze and Lucite. All of our work is from a diverse selection of artists such as the exquisite acrylic sculptures by Frederick Hart, the naïve scenes by Michel Delacroix, to the romantic impressionism of Pino, to the super-​realistic still lifes of Javier Mulio. We also have a series of limited edition prints from well-​known contemporary artists.

In addition to housing a selection of fine art, we provide custom framing. Our high level of expertise is sought after by avid collectors as well as other fine art galleries. With us, you will find the largest selection of frames to choose from. Our framers will assist you in designing a unique combination for your art, photos, paintings and just about anything you would like to hang on your walls. We provide museum quality framing and are a member of PPFA (Professional Picture Framers Association).

P&C Arts has been serving the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area since 1976. Our mission is to provide Fine Art and Custom Framing in a professional and knowledgeable environment. With over 38 years of success, we look forward to adding you to our long history of happy customers.

Business Owner

Peter has been in the arts market for over 38 years. Peter was introduced to the art world through his family and became enamored with the business and dealings of fine art. He moved to the D.C. area in 1976 and immediately found a warehouse to open a business. The rest is history. Peter hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to P&C Art when you are in need of expertise to expand your art collection, begin a collection from scratch, or frame your existing pieces.
