IT support and and network solutions for small business. My company has relied on Macro Systems for over 5 years and there is no problem that Howard or Matt can’t solve. Highly recommend!

Macro Systems LLC has provided our small company with invaluable IT service for the past decade. They are responsive and professional. When our office moved to a new building, they helped us think through our needs and explained what their role would be vs. the phone co. vs. cable company, etc. They have given us fair quotes for new equipment and installed new equipment.
Our flexible work schedules require that employees have to work from home sometimes. Macro Systems gets everyone connected in a timely manner.

Our small company hired Macro Systems to purchase and install a new server a few years ago. We discovered after the fact that we were charged triple the amount of what it normally costs to install a new server. We also caught that Macro had signed our company up for a premium platinum plan, which would cost our company well over over $ 1,000/mo for service, without consulting us about this first (we canceled the plan). Macro also charged us for a «new» computer that one of our employees needed (without obtaining approval from the company owner first for this purchase). The computer was used and had been rebuilt by Macro — our company purchased a new computer for the employee a year later.
After multiple problems with our server over the past year (and thousands of dollars to remedy the problems), an alternate tech company informed us that the server we purchased from Macro was used, not new. We had been scammed.
Do not use Macro. We found that they are a company that cannot be trusted, and their customer service skills are abysmal. Rude and obtrusive.
