This is the worst experience and costumer service I have ever had in my life. I could get better costumer service at Mc Donald’s! The manger and his co working were trying to fight me and tried casing me outside. They wanted me to pay cash only when it says on the site credit or debt. They are scam artists and I would never trust them with my car.

I got my speedometer calibrated here. The price was fair and the wait was reasonable. Just make sure to bring cash! They don’t accept credit or debit, at least for the calibration.

Went in for a speedometer calibration and had a pleasant experience. The report came pre-​notarized and I only waited for around 20 minutes. Although I found it odd that they didn’t issue me a receipt especially since I paid in cash. I asked for a receipt and the individual that performed my speedometer test told me that my report is a receipt. This is the first receipt I’ve ever received that does not contain any dollar amounts.

Quick stop for speedometer calibration will run you about $ 50. Nothing too outrageous here. The employees are efficient and pleasant and got me out of there in about 30 minutes.

My family and I have been coming to Walter and his crew for years whenever we need help with any of our cars.
Service is fast and reliable. I have never had an issue with their business.
I dropped off my car last night after business hours to fix an ugly scratch. There is drop off key that’s super convenient. I called just now and was told my car was ready to be picked up after I get off work.
All the people here are great and they truly give great customer service. They absolutely know what they are doing.

Walt and his crew are great with auto restoration. They treat your car as if it was their own. Very reasonable rates for super work… what’s not to like!

This is a great little business. Stopped in this morning and was out before I knew it. They understood my needs and had great service. Over and above. They are family owned and operated which I always love supporting small business.

On June 17^th 2014 my vehicle; a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR was towed from my parking garage at Archstone Fairchase due to striping of the garage. I misread the email and had the days mixed up on which levels were painted on what day. When entering my garage and seeing my vehicle missing I immediately went to ask the maintenance staff where it would be. It was simply towed to the top level. This wouldn’t had been an issue IF the driver would had noticed my type of vehicle requires a flat bed. When the tow truck driver put the dolly under my vehicle he damaged my passenger side side skirt as well as «I’m guessing» — dragged my car all the way up the garage from level one (where I park) all the way to level four. My car is an AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle which means when my car is in park and my emergency break is on all tires are locked. One could argue that the tow truck company did it the proper way yet I have damages so???
This led me to contact Dominion Towing. The gentleman by the name of Dwight assisted me and was actually very helpful. He personally drove out of his way to view the «damage (s)». Immediately he agreed the negligence was on their end. He then pointed me in the direction of M&M Collision. It’s the third party Dominion Towing uses when or if something would happen to a vehicle they damage during a tow.
I contact M&M and they simply said «bring the vehicle by on a Tuesday and we’ll take a look at it for you. Now being someone who is familiar with taking his car to shops for parts and servicing and owning a performance vehicle I wasn’t or am not used to just showing up somewhere with out an appointment. I come by on the Tuesday, mid day. Owner and or GM (Walt) comes out to view my car, jot down some information. Sent me on my way. Friday rolls around, I call to see where «we» are. I got the «sorry we have been real busy». Weekend passes; I call back on a Monday maybe Tuesday. «Hey we have the part in. It’s in the back hanging up waiting to be painted». Let me add to the horror story by saying that I had to reiterate my story to every person who picked up my call. It get to be Friday, I call back and I finally speak with someone who started to notice how much of an inconvenience this has been. Real nice woman who handles the paper work and phone calls. She went ahead and contacted Walt directly. Got an answer for me and called me back saying «it’ll be ready Tuesday or Wednesday». Weekend passes. I call back Wednesday. Young man who answered the phone says «oh yeah um, we just ordered the part today…» I said a few words he replies with «well, a 2005 side skirt was sent to us by mistake…». I hang up. I left my job JUST so I could make a face to face appearance to see what was going on. I get there. Speak to Walt. He apologized and simply said, «we’ve been busy». This led them to put a rush on things and said the part would be in Friday. I get a call saying the part was in and I could go get it installed. Friday I worked. Saturday was my only available day. Squeezed an hour in between my two jobs to get this side skirt installed. Shop is closed on this day and the nice gentleman who does the painting who stated (I’m just the painter) helped me out. Part installed. With all that being said…
The wrong type of side skirt was installed. I’m at a loss for words. Maybe if I was paying money out of my own pocket I would had had a better outcome. Maybe before the year ends I’ll have this taken care of. Until then, buyer beware.

Great service and got my car back to me so quick. They saw me walking off the property and ended up giving me a ride home since I lived so close. God forbid I have another accident, but if I do, I’ll be sure to come back!

I have come to M&M for most of my car repair and maintenance needs. I got rear-​ended recently by an eighteen wheeler (yeah, true story, bro) and I got my bumper and left rear door replaced by M&M. They told me it would take about a week and they were true to their word. I have had similar work done before by another body shop and because my car is pearl white and difficult to match it was obvious the new bumper did not match the rest of the car. With M&M they called me mid-​week to tell me they had completed it, but wanted to re-​paint it again to refine the color. I was so impressed that not only did they want to return a quality service, they also valued their reputation and would not let the car leave if it was not up to their standards. I give them an A+ and I definitely plan to return. I’ve also gotten my tires and break pads replaced by them as well. The owner, detailers, and mechanic are great and friendly and am happy I went with them to fix my baby!

Don’t be put off by the humble external appearance. This a great place. I went there today to find out how much it would cost to fix what I thought was paint damage on my car. One of the guys dropped everything, came outside to look at the car, went back to get some solvent and wiped the paint off and explained what I could do to get rid of the remaining scratches. AT NO COST. That’s true character. I recommend this place.

Was involved in an accident and originally went to another auto body shop in Fairfax. Was given an estimate for a total of $ 5,500. After doing quick searches online for some of the parts, I found many online for cheaper, but that shop refused to use anything but new original factory parts.
Sent estimate to M&M, they gave me a rough estimate of $ 3,500 based on ordering a couple parts used & cheaper labor /​paint rates per hour. Also, they found told me the other shop was including an $ 800 part that could be bent back into place. Total ended up being $ 3,500. Very pleased with the work. Paint wasn’t an exact match the first time so they redid it, but now it looks great.

I called M&M last week to see about getting my speedometer calibrated. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. She said I didn’t need an appointment and it would take about 30 minutes. Because I have an all-​wheel drive car it would be $ 75.
I showed up at 9AM on Saturday and they took the car in and knocked it out for me. The guy I spoke with who did the calibration was real friendly and personable.

I told them when I dropped it off I expected it to be perfect like it just came off the factory… told me it would look better than factory quality.
Ok…the good:
They say they back their work forever… I had a dent in my passenger rear quarter panel and nicks on the front bumper… insurance was going to pay for the rear panel… they said they would fix the front bumper for free
I took it back once and they made it look better
The bad:
This still doesn’t look great. They got clearcoat on the «SLT» logo behind the rear door… run on the front bumper… gouge about 1 foot over from the area they fixed for free… not taken care of
Still a groove in the rear panel… doesn’t look good
Still a dimple on the front bumper.
PAINT OVERSPRAY ON THE WINDSHIELD!!!
I took it back originally with a dimple in the front bumper… bump sticking out in the back… and OH YEAH… the paint wasn’t even close to matching the shade… looked silver… our car is gold…
One could argue I should take it back and get it fixed per their warranty… you are right… I figure I gave them 2 chances… I don’t want to be without our car again, change car seats… etc…
Also, the top part of my chrome front grill was stripped from where the tape ripped off the chrome. Went to talk with Walter, said it wasn’t his doing. I have a pic of my car 3 days before taking it in with no damage.
Complaint filed with the BBB.
They do a crap paint job… trying to turn over product as fast as possible.
Go to MAACO… you will get a better product for less money.
Would never go back to this place!

If you ever get a speeding ticket in VA and someone suggests a speedometer calibration as a hail mary attempt to contest it, this place will do it for you!
I called ahead to find out how this whole mess works and a super nice lady answered the phone and told me I could drop by any weekday between 8am-​5pm without an appointment and that it would take less than 20 minutes. All I needed to bring was $ 50 cash.
Since I’m not as well versed in these here parts of «The Commonwealth» I really had no idea where I was going but my good old GPS made sure it took me directly into the somewhat barren and semi residential looking building structure just off the highway.
I pulled my car into the driveway, walked in and was helped right away, Totally forgot to bring cash, so they did the testing while I went across the street to the ATM.
Upon completion of the tests, I was given a notarized slip with the results and was sent on my way.
Totally and easy in and out experience with seemingly really nice folks working there.
