Established in 2006.

Having worked on and managed Helpdesk and support environments, helping others in a timely and effective manner has always been a priority.

Seeing queues of people waiting at Geek Squad, Firedog, etc, knowing they were getting poor service and having to wait weeks for repairs I knew there had to be a better solution. Help It Crashed Again was born. With the aim of providing 5 star computer troubleshooting and repair in a timely manner as well as providing a platform to help other small businesses launch online.
