Dr. Shields and staff have been treating me and my wife for the past year for back and neck issues. We are now pain free and his techniques allow us to live an active life style. The work he did, allowed me to get back into the gym to train 5 – 6 days a week doing squats and dead lifts again with full range of motion with moderate to heavy weight.
Dr. Shields is super knowledgeable with lots of experience and he also practices what he preaches. He used to treat high end professional athletes in the southern CA area so he knows his trade craft well.
Also, unlike other Chiropractors in the area, he is not looking to milk you for a dozen sessions. Dr. Shields is more interested in helping you with your pain relief and asks you to come in when required for maintenance, rather than milking you for payments from your wallet or your insurance policy.
