Business Owner

Susan has performed real estate settlements for Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia properties for approximately 25 years, and is a licensed title insurance agent within the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State Corporation Commission Bureau of Insurance. As a licensed title insurance agent within the Commonwealth of Virginia she must maintain mandatory continuing education hours for title insurance agents and be knowledgeable in state and local laws applicable to performing real estate settlements and underwriting title insurance. She is experienced in managing and performing all duties required in a real estate settlement office with a high degree of initiative, professionalism and resourcefulness.
