Tried to return a defective monopoly game. After confirming by phone that it could be returned with the original receipt I drove to the store only to be told that I also had to have the original debit card. Since it was a gift from one family member to another I did not have the debit card. An exchange would have been ok but they had no more of the same item in stock. They offered no solution so I came away with the knowledge that once a sale is made they have no interest in helping customers. Lost my business and my large families.

One stop shopping for kids and young adults. They don’t carry the brand new books, but have a huge variety that are all on sale for as low as $ 2.99. There are toys, sticker books, games, and tons of puzzles. I had fantastic customer service when I shopped there, and when again when I went back for a hassle-​free exchange. I love it here!

If KB Toys, the calendar kiosk, and a Waldenbooks were to combine you would get this store. The place just opened on Monday and it looks fantastic. Their space is huge with an easy to navigate layout and lots of sales up front which pull you deeper into the store.
The books they carried skewed more toward Young Adult and Urban Supernatural. The games were your standard issue family games (numerous versions of Monopoly and Yahtzee), some nerd flavored ones (Munchkin, Settlers of Catan), and even the more risqué ones (Dirty Minds, Drinko). And of course, there were a million different types of calendars. Scattered in between everything were tons of toys, plushies, action figures, and tchotchkes. Overall a great selection.
The store is a little understaffed, but that makes for easier browsing since no one is pestering you. I picked up a Stephen King hardcover for 7 dollars and the «Wrinkle in Time» trilogy for 8. I’m definitely coming back to this place.
