I haven’t used their agents but have been using their web site for the past several years. The alert feature is great and proved to be very valuable when I was the first to submit an offer on a short sale property. Several months later I went to closing and the property has appreciated around 33% since. There are some analytics that can be run such as ratio of closing price to list, list price to tax value, etc. You can look up comparables, price history, and so on.
