I come to Fair City Mall about once every year. I can say that once the DSW and Five&Below came in this place started to build up FAST! Many of the stores here are pretty good. The only place that seems to be «lost in time»(aka outdated) is the corner where the sign is. In other terms it is where the Old Country Buffet, Movie Theater, Hobby Store, Uniform Store, and the two restaurants are located. When you enter this area you are greeted by the old rubbery flooring and the wood paneled ceilings with rows of ’70 styled lights from the outside. Inside you are greeted by the scent of popcorn and pizza. Also, the floors are tiled and partially carpeted. You almost get that cave feeling when your in there, because it is dark and musky. You would think that with all the stores outside they would be rolling in piles of cash that they could use to remodel that part of the mall. My recommendation is to stick to the outside stores and you will be a-ok!
