John Cowherd began practicing real estate law at the law firm of Culin, Sharp, Autry & Day, P.L.C. in 2006. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. In the course of representation he has argued motions, cross-examined opposing parties in jury trials, deposed expert witnesses and participated in mediation and arbitration proceedings. In 2014, Virginia Business magazine recognized John in their Legal Elite list. In 2013 & 2014, SuperLawyers Magazine recognized him as a Rising Star.
