So over all good.

Very simple and helpful staff when getting through the application process. Laying out the important information of cost right away and not playing around but really there to find you the best fit for your needs. Working with Joseph Starr was great alway adapting to our needs on such a hectic part of anyone’s life. Amazing staff because even when Joseph wasn’t there the team knew what I was there for. This is my first time getting an apartment in fairfax circle and hope this is how it will be in the future.

I’ve been staying at Circle Towers for almost a year now and it’s been a pleasant surprise. The leasing team has been helpful with every request I have presented them with. They take the cake when it comes to getting what I need in a timely matter. The service teams are quick and they explain how to prevent the problem going forward. The amenities could be improved but overall I am happy and would recommend this property to family and close friends.

Very nice place. Rent is affordable and the location is good. Would definitely recommend this to friends and colleagues

Great property management group (Joey was very helpful to me). I have enjoyed working with this company and the individuals as they offer a very valuable service experience.

It’s a pretty good place, it was really easy moving in with the help from the lessee Joseph Star he made it real easy to move in. He was a guy easy to talk to and so far I really like the place I live

The worst apartment in fairfax… Alot of bugs in the kitchen and even in the rooms … Do not think to live here. Trust me!

Cheap quality… I stay here but I’m really pissed off … Too much commercial…

The only way to stop fooling prospective residents with undeliverable promises would be to demolish the three towers and the surrounding town houses. No way any pest control solution could combat the pests (Bugs, roaches etc.) that have multiplied by monstrous proportions over the years. This place would probably constitute a fair share of the overall population bed bugs in the world.
I lived at this property for 1.5 years. When I came out they sent me an atrocious 2500 $ bill for damages. The office staff is relentless and cantankerous. They did not even bother to give any explanation. Rent at this community at your own peril.

This is my worst experience ever! it doesn’t even feel like home. I could not wait to move out of the nasty apartment. I was not warned about roaches and didnt even get to see my apartment until the day I moved in… there were still workers putting in carpets in the apartment.. Well finally I moved out not to long ago and receive a ridiculous invoice of 1300 $ for repairs. I left a pile of papers in the corner that I did not want to clean up because they were invested with roaches. There are so many problems that I want to share, but it’s just waste of time. just dont move in to this apartment! They want to rob you to repair their old building.

I ve lived in Circle Towers for long enough and have to say that it was one of my worst experience .
When the lease was over and it was the time to move out I got an unexpected bill of 1800 $. !!!
The leasing office explanation was that the cleaning company had to do so much work after our move out. And the deposit wont cover any expenses after our move out.

Haha this place is in Unilocal.Old worn out place with stupid parking rules. How clean you may be still u will find bed bugs. Sometimes a huge lady suddenly comes in and checks the whole house. Was shocked
to know that some one can actually do that.
My finger tips will hurt by if I type in what all I saw there. Just try other places.

There are lots of positives to living in Circle Towers. I will just go straight to enumerate them:
(a) It is a community that gives you that neighborhood feel and appeal because of its proximity to everything. It is a walking distance from Safeway and the Pan Am shopping center, Fairfax Circle is around the corner, very close to Innova Hospital — this is an important criterion that most people tend to ignore — proximity to a healthcare facility. There are pharmacies such as CVS and Walgreens around the corner. Vienna metro is a 10-​minute, hassle-​free walk — my exercise regimen :) — with awesome scenery.
(b) The staff are outstanding from the Manager all the way to the ladies and the guy in the rental office. I give a shout out to Carolyn Wiesner in particular — she’s very professional, nice, and friendly. The maintenance staff, headed by Larry, are second to none. The speed with which they respond to issues demonstrates their effort to satisfy residents no matter the cost. They go the extra-​mile!
© Their pest control approach is pro-​active. Plus when you report an incident, they respond immediately. The go-​to person there is a lady called Grace. She has a very good rapport with the pest control businesses and gets them out in no time. The dedication of the staff from the manager all the way to the cleaner for my tower (tower 3), Maria, is quite commendable.
(d) The gym (which I rarely use because of my laziness) is very functional. There is an Olympic-​sized, well-​maintained swimming pool as well. The underground parking is expansive and well-​maintained with lots of lighting. The playgrounds for kids are secured. The lush green trees surrounding the complexes give you an aura of serenity!
(e) Last, but certainly not the least, is that it is surprisingly affordable. When you talk about getting a BIG bang for your buck — it is Circle Towers!
It is a great place to consider if you are planning on home-​ownership, but need a place to stay while you understand the area. For those considering to stay over a long term, it is equally very satisfactory. By the way, it is very secure!

Stay away, there’s roaches and bed bugs in a lot of apartments. Also, the building is falling apart and the maintenance staff is very slow.

I’ve lived here almost a year and have to say for the price, it’s one of the best apartments I’ve had. The rent is very reasonable, especially for the location. Metro is minutes away (even walking) and there’s 2 bus stops within an easy walk from my building. Lots of covered parking and the staff is very motorcycle friendly (which is very important to me).
Have only had a few maintenance issues — all minor stuff — and taking care of them has never taken more than a few hours — or in the morning after sending in the request at night. I have to give mad props to the maintenance folks for the work they did this winter in clearing the snow. What a huge job, and always in less than a day the sidewalks were clear.
There’s some bugs, sure, but show me a building in this world that’s full of food that doesn’t have some bugs. People get freaked out by a few bugs, but in the grand scheme of things it’s not that big a deal. Buy some Raid spray and when they do the general bug spraying, clear your crap out of the cupboards & closets like they say & that will take care of things. Bed bugs? Haven’t seen one. Rats? OK maybe there’s a few, but with the amount of garbage being produced by the residents on a daily basis, you’ve got to expect a few of those. The one time I saw a rat, I told one of the maintenance crew and the next day there was a rat trap where I’d seen the thing (near the dumpsters).
The apartment itself is very nice and was spotlessly clean when we moved in. It was clearly cleaned well — carpets, kitchen, etc. We had a brand-​new stove installed the day before we moved in. The windows aren’t phenomenally well insulated, but the shades they’ve installed help a lot. The amount of closet space was really surprising, I still am a little stunned at how many of them there are and how big some of them are, especially in the master bedroom.
The main office staff is awesome, especially Louise. She treated us well from the first time I called before we even moved in. I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t deal with, and while maybe my personality doesn’t mesh 100% with everybody in the office, I can say that they are all very professional and to my experience, do their jobs well. I imagine it’s tough dealing with three giant buildings full of people, so I imagine it’s a tough job at times.
Is it a perfect facility? No, but what is? In my building they always seem to be working on the water system, but they always post signs warning us about the work & that the water will be shut off on whatever day the work is happening. The elevators get stuck sometimes, but elevators aren’t infallible. The pool is awesome, though, my kid LOVES that and can’t wait til it opens for the summer.
Plenty of parking under cover & outdoors as well, and like I said, the facility is very motorcycle friendly. You can’t beat the location — near I66, I495, US29 & 50, Vienna metro, etc. — you can get anywhere in a few minutes and I can’t think of a single thing I’ve needed since I moved in here that I couldn’t find or get to in 10 or 15 minutes from here. Restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets, gas stations, Home Depot, we even walk to IHoP for breakfast every now & then. Great proximity to George Mason and NOVA.
We’re staying another 2 years and I couldn’t be happier about it. Now if my neighbors would just be a little quieter… (but even the office staff has dealt with that from time to time!)

Let me tell you the best parts about this place, in no particular order:
1. Same day maintenance service
2. Close enough to the Vienna metro — about 15 minutes walk
3. Bus-​stop right outside the complex with a 2B bus to take you to the metro station
4. Nice big swimming pool open during summer
5. Plenty of storage space in the apartments
6. Louise is at least one of the front office people that does a great job
7. A gym with sufficient equipment that works
Now for the bad:
1. Cockroaches
2. Bed bugs
3. Their back office people suck
4. You will not get a response to your email from UDR corporate either
5. Any money you think you are saving, you will end up paying for a real pest management company, and as «damages» when you leave the apartment
In short, if you can find another place to stay, find it.

Circle Towers is gross and extremely overpriced for the dump it really is. Besides the coakroaches and bedbugs I see that no one has mentioned the rabbit size rats that place has. Just go up or down the stairs right behind the bank and next to the first townhouse and you’ll see them, huge rats; so gross. Don’t waste your time; that would be the worse decision to live there. Stay away! my two cents.

Roches motel, bedbug paradise, mafia style rip-​off management, i would give a «zero star» rating if it is posible. it was a worst living experience in my life, I’ve suffered huge financial lost plus rid off all of my furnitures and other belonging because of the bugs, I’m glad I’ve got out before I mentally collapsed. And I’ll agree with ANY negative review of Circle Towers — or UDR properties

Upon signing our lease and walking into our new home in Paradise, we were greeted with dozens of cockroaches crawling around.
Fighting for our money back, breaking the lease per the bed bug addendum, and getting the hell out. All the reviews on Unilocal and
were correct.
Don’t be naïve. We’ll see them in court if we have to.
