Circle is your local resource & friendly professional since 2008, a locally trusted Property Management company serving both residential and commercial property management Clients. We have pioneered innovative solutions to communicate more effectively with Tenants and Landlords, utilizing our proprietary contact management software to gently touch our tenant clients with helpful reminders regarding maintenance, weather events and preparing their property for seasonal change. We have reduced costly service calls, improved property performance resulting in better maintenance outcomes for our owners and with the improved tenant relations we have reduced vacancies. The Realtor Community has giving us praise for our simplified application processes, eliminating stressful paper applications or certified funds to hand deliver, it’s all done online ²⁴⁄₇ and paid by credit card. Circle is about customer ease, it’s our goal to make user the experience a pleasant and easy process.

History

Established in 2008.

Providing Property Management services to our Real Estate and Banking Clients we decided to expand services to all of Northern Virginia. We began as Alliance Asset Management converting to CIRCLE Property Management in 2012 for branding purposes.

In 2012 we started several innovative solutions for Maintenance and Tenant screening. Our goal to improve maintenance for our client’s properties has exceeded our expectations and improved tenant relations by utilizing a strategic communications tool. By reaching out on a regular basis, reminding tenants to replace air filters, clean gutters, shut off water, and tips to maintain the rental property we see much more feedback and appreciation. In 2013 we moved the application processes on-​line. Customer feedback has been very positive with applicants in the busy Washington DC area. Our application is ²⁴⁄₇ and is paid for online eliminating the burdensome process of paper applications and certified funds for processing fees.

Business Owner

Eric Guggenheimer has been in the Washington DC area for 30 plus years with over 20 years experience in Finance, Asset Management/​Property Management, REO and Real Estate. Eric holds a Brokers license in the State of Virginia with experience in Management of Residential Properties as well as Broker office management, serving as the Managing Broker for a Major National Franchise Real Estate firm located in Alexandria Virginia.

Eric’s career in Real Estate started in 1986 supporting the needs of his many clients and he has developed unique programs to assist property owners who often are in the Military or Foreign Service and need an attentive local manager to lease and maintain their properties during an overseas assignment. Eric crafted protocols which focus on the eventual return of the owner who wishes to come back to an appropriately maintained property.

Eric is currently working on a new program for seniors who wish to retire or age in place.
