keith, you are my hero!
Replaced my iphone camera in less than an hour. I thought having it replaced was going to take weeks and be a huge hassle, but Keith had the part handy and got right to work. He listened patiently while I showed him what was wrong with the camera.
At the Apple store, they were 45 min late for my appointment, then they didn’t even bother to hear the problem, just wanted to sell me a newer pricier phone.
But Keith is aweeeesome.
This guy is the REAL GENIUS bar, so he’ll be my go-​to guy from now on.
He even noticed some screws that were missing and replaced them at no charge.
The camera looks AMAZING!
I’m so glad I found such a gem – a place where I can recommend with enthusiasm, knowing my friends & family & students will be taken care of with professional, honest, and friendly service.

I needed my son’s IPAD mini screen repaired. I contacted Keith via the Unilocal message service. He responded promptly. Luckily, he was able to get the repair done on the same day that I contacted him.
The price was reasonable and quoted to me before starting the work. The price that was quoted to me is the same price that I paid when the work was done. No surprises. Keith is professional and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Kind, honest, knowledgeable. Fixed my cracked screen twice in less than 30 minutes. He even fixed another issue with the ringer button. Apple said I would have to replace the entire phone to fix the issue. I definitely recommend this business! Thank you Keith!

got my phone fixed here and charged me $ 110, I dropped it from a seat onto a carpet floor and the screen stopped working completely, he then said it would be another $ 120 and on the phone prior to the fixing said it would be only $ 80. do not recommend.

I usually don’t write a Unilocal review, but I had such a wonderful experience that I have to give credit where it is due. I had a horrible experience at a different store where I originally had my cracked screen changed. There were issues with my phone after my new screen was installed and the technician who worked on my phone was «coincidentally» not working on the three different days that I drove 30 minutes back to the store.
Fortunately, I found Keith and he saved the day! Keith was very honest, knowledgeable, and provided GREAT customer service. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Keith is a nice guy and did a great repair on my iPhone and iPad. Both units function and look as new. Hopefully I will not need his help again, but next time something breaks, he’s the guy to fix it.

I decided to replace the battery on my iPhone 5s by myself using one of the kits on Amazon. Of course when I put it all back together a bunch of things went wrong. The speakers stopped working, the iTouch was not working, and the screen was not sitting flush with the phone. On the bright side I did replace the battery successfully lol. So I knew I was going to have to fork out some cash to get it repaired because there was no way I could sell it back the way it was.
Keith gave me an estimate for labor and possibly parts. I had my fingers crossed that it was just labor and no parts were needed but he could have easily lied to me and said the part was broken and charged me another $ 40 – 60 but he didn’t. He told me I was lucky because 2 more turns on the screws and I would have damaged the motherboard on the phone. In the end I paid for my mistakes but Keith was an honest businessman and did not charge me more than the labor to repair my phone. He also completed it within 2 – 3 hours but set an expectation of 4 hours which was very professional.

This place was great. My son threw my Iphone 5S and smashed the screen on the sidewalk on a Sunday and I was totally bummed. I called The Apple Store first and the cost was going to be around 129.00 bucks and I would of had to make an appointment. I checked out ZAGGS in the mall also but they were looking to charge me around 100.00 and the reviews weren’t that great. I then was lucky to find this place on Unilocal and it had awesome reviews but stated it was closed on Sunday. But I took a chance and gave the number a call and Keith picked up. I told him my predicament and he said don’t worry and I could swing by this Monday and it would only cost me 89.00. Long Story Short I swung by. Got my phone fixed in no time. (went to lunch came back and it was done). Looks like new… Great service Great Job. Highly recommend for any phone repairs.

Keith was a professional and very helpful. They accept walk-​ins. I came in on a Saturday afternoon. He assisted me right away, explained what needed to be done on my phone, and told me it would take about a half hour. Sure enough, it was ready in under 30 minutes. When I picked up my phone it looked brand new! Fair pricing too. They have a deal on Unilocal $ 10 for a $ 20 credit. Would highly recommend!

Keith was a pretty cool guy. Was able to diagnose things that were wrong with my phone outside of the obviously wrecked LCD and Digitizer that I didn’t initially notice (gosh darn Apple and their bending phones) and was able to give me a price and timeframe (30 – 60 mins). It was a very reasonable price and timeframe indeed and I was happy to let him work on it. Phone is back and working and everything is fine and dandy! Give this guy your business he’s nice and will communicate with you on everything.

Due to poor design from Samsung (still love the Galaxy S series) the glass on my camera cracked even with a case on it. I came in, Keith mentioned that many Galaxy S5 users come in with the same issue and was able to fix my issue in less than 20 minutes! I was simply amazed at the speed, knowledge, and service Keith provided. Top notch repair service not like most cell phone repair shops I’ve experienced in the past, and plus the price was way cheaper than I ever would’ve imagined! A+++

Great guy and quick inexpensive service. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and the little glass over my camera shattered. I called around and left a few messages and Kieth was the first to get back to me and had the best price (others gave me a price as high as $ 45). Kieth fixed my phone in less then 30 min. for $ 25. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends to check him out :)
