Sign exactly says«FREEHAIRCUTWITH Color or Highlight Service($ 50.00 value for first time clients only). When I read this I assumed that I was getting my hair colored for 50 dollars and getting a free hair cut. My bill at the end was $ 75.00. Michelle that was there told me it says you get a free hair cut with a salon service of 50.00 and up. I think this sign is very misinterpreted and I was really unhappy. I still tipped the lady who did my hair which wasn’t her fault since she did not make the sign but did agree with me about the sign. They didn’t do anything about it and I don’t plan on going back.

Love this place~ The staff are always friendly and really knowledgeable about the products they sell. They even gave me a «frequent buyer card.» I think if you spend 10 $, 12 times, you get 10 $ off your next purchase. Not to shabby. They always have the items I need!

Blooming Beauty is a great store. They have a great hair care selection and their prices are lower than the other salon’s I’ve visited in the mall. They also have the biggest selection of OPI nail polishes that I’ve seen. I’ve also gotten great help from the staff, especially from the store manager, Willie.

I really like this store. The staff is friendly without being overly pushy, and they are knowledgeable about the products they carry. The store has a vast selection of hair care products. They also carry the following nail polishes/nail care lines: OPI, Essie, China Glaze(yay! very few stores in the area carry this line), Barielle(yay again!), Seche, and Posh. Their prices on OPI, Essie, and China Glaze were a bit lower than the prices at Ulta — $ 6 for a bottle of China Glaze vs $ 6.50 at Ulta and $ 6.50 for Essie vs $ 7 at Ulta. However, Sally Beauty Supply is the cheapest place to buy Seche Vite top coat. The store always seems clean and well-organized, and the staff is excellent.
