Ariana is the best! She was fun, energetic, and caring about finding us a home. My husband and I moved across the country and were not familiar with the Northern Virginia area, and Ariana helped us identify the neighborhoods that best fit our style and needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was always quick to respond when we had any questions. We were first-​time home buyers, and she helped us feel prepared, informed, and at ease. I’m also sure she would fight (and take down) a lion to get us the best deal. We feel so fortunate that we found Ariana!

Ariana is a great relator. Passionate, motivated, and tremendously caring. She helped us coordinate all of the numerous inspections required for the property that we purchased, referred us to a colleague of hers for financing (which was significantly better than what my credit union offered), and really helped us out. This was the fourth house that I had purchased, but the first in Virginia. It was the easiest home-​buying experience of all of them.

Hiring Ariana was without a doubt the best decision we made when deciding to sell our home. We originally tried to sell our home by ourselves (for sale by owner) and then we tried an agent who made all kinds of promises and followed through on none of them. Neither one of those options sold after being on the market for over 6 months each time.
Ariana was different from day one and the house sold within 30 days. She was extremely professional and her knowledge of the industry and the process made us feel so at ease every step of the way. She paid particular attention to every single detail right down to making cookies during the open house and having the house smelling delicious. The time she took to help us stage the house and take pictures to put on line, made a world of difference (obviously, since it sold this time). Her personality and energy was just a pleasure to be around and work with and the couple who purchased our home felt the same way. I believe they actually asked Ariana to represent them in selling the house they currently owned!
Ariana has stayed in touch with us and invited us to several client appreciation days that she hosts (Capitals, Cookouts at Parks. etc) It feels like one big happy family and I love that about her! We will absolutely use her again for our next home and you should too!
