McDonalds Family Restaurant is a casual family friendly full service restaurant. We are not fast food. McDonalds serve breakfast all day every day, a fresh & healthy salad bar for lunch & dinner along with an express lunch 11 – 7 PM.

Our speciality is Broasted Chicken & Broasted Catfish, fresh and never frozen, hand formed ¼# & ½# Angus Burgers charbroiled & grilled, Broasted Bone in Pork Chops and succulent Seafood.

Saturday and Sunday we feature a Breakfast Buffet from 8 — 11 AM. Friday & Saturday evening, Sunday, 11 – 7, McDonalds serve a Full Buffet.

Established in 1956.

McDonalds Family Restaurant was established in 1956 in Pontiac, Illinois moving to Fairbury, Illinois in 1957. It has continued in the same family since that time & is now managed by the 3^rd generation.

We are a 3^rd generation family owned independent restaurant and have been in business since 1956. McDonalds has a private banquet room on the lower level seating up to 80 guests and serving wine and beer. Our specialty includes Broaster Chicken, Seafood, Char Grilled Burgers and Aged Steaks. We have a buffet on weekends and an express lunch daily along with a Salad Bar. We love to cater and have catered groups up to 1000 guests withinin a 60 mile radius of Fairbury. In 2014 we had a fire and we have now reopened with a brand new facility completely redecorated on both levels.
