Specialties

First time clients receive a $ 30, 60 minute massage. My massage is Swedish based, and can be incredibly relaxing with long flowing strokes, warm oil, scented with therapeutic grade aromatherapy oils, hot stones, hot towels, foot scrubs, and soft relaxing music, or it can be much more therapeutic centered, but still with some of the flow and little touches that make it feel luxurious.

Established in 2013.

I have found my gift and my passion in life, and it really comes through in my massage and bodywork sessions.

Sessions with me are not like the pre-​boxed massage companies that are on every corner these days. With multiple treatments, my massage will take you into deeper levels of relaxation, and the customization and the energy that I put into my massage, is very different.

The more I learn about your body through massage, and tune into what it needs, the more healing benefits you will experience, and the more aware you will become of your own body, and how you can help heal it.

I have knowledge of many different healing modalities. I attended The Healing Arts Institute in Citrus Heights, CA. They are well known for their high ethical standards and incredibly skilled teachers. I continue my education on a regular basis.

I had the pleasure of being gifted a 90 min massage with Carly. The studio was really nice and tranquil! I felt relaxed from the start!
Carly then asked me what my problem areas were. After that it was 90 mins of euphoria. She was able to find tension and knots throughout my body that I didn’t even know existed. She would periodically ask if the pressure was too much which it wasn’t but was nice to hear.
I would absolutely recommend Carly and Therapeutic massage to everyone that needs to rid their body of stress and tension.

I have had several back problems through the years, but finding Carly has been a seriously beneficial thing in my life. She is very attentive to my personal needs, and is incredibly relieving when I can’t hardly move on some days. I would highly recommend trying her services out and I promise your stress will seriously subside. Also, I forgot to add in here the EPIC-​NESS of the experience of cupping therapy. Although slightly uncomfortable at first, it provided some serious relief in my lower back and lasted for a while. I would HIGHLY recommend trying it out. Totally worth it!

I had been feeling very tense, and looked on Unilocal to find a good massage therapist in the area. Since this area is essentially littered with massage places, I really didn’t have a good way of knowing which one would give me what I needed.
Carly was incredibly professional, very kind, and great at communicating with me. I never felt exposed or vulnerable, she is very good at making you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back!

I have never had a massage before because the idea always freaked me out a bit, but then i decided to finally bite the bullet and bought a groupon to see Carly. I wish I now had bought the option to buy 3 massages.
She listened to what I wanted and made me very comfortable, although I was nervous when I got there. She told me what the expect and I was very relaxed during and after the process. I will definitely be going back.

Being the wife and office manager of a chiropractor for over 20 years, I’ve had my share of massages and interactions with massage therapists. I must say that I was extremely impressed with Carly! Her office setup, room & table comfort, techniques, friendliness, strength of hands (!), knowledge, did I leave anything out?!, were excellent! I will eagerly recommend her to our friends and patients.

Got a deal through Groupon and went to my first of three deep tissue massages today. Carly was excellent. Her aromatherapy massage was just what I needed– the amount of pressure was firm, just how I like it. She also incorporated hot stones into the massage, which helped to relax my muscles. Looking forward to the next massage!

Carly Is Awesome!!! I have been trying to locate someone that did Massage and Bodywork (not many in the Sacramento area that are really really good or knows bodywork too.)
Carly is Really Really good.
I have been on Muscle relaxants for a bit now, I am just sick of tired more pills. Since I have been going to Carly I have not taken a Muscle Relaxants for three weeks!!!
I have more movement in my neck and shoulders then I have had in years.
If you really need someone that knows there stuff and is Hands down one of the best.
I highly recommend Carly.
